Night had fallen over the forest. The sky was dark, and the stars were dim. The moon was full. In the family of Bane's, it was said, that the full moon curse's one member of the family, everytime it appears. Most of the family, do not believe in this. It is myth to them. A legend, that would never come true, in till tonight, where fear strikes everyone. Where pain is found, and destruction, also betrayal. If you believe that brothers love eachother, you are wrong. If you believe that they won't attack eachother, you are wrong. If you believe that Trephas and Fury love eachother as brothers, you are terribly wrong. Fury hates Trephas, and Trephas hates Fury. No one could break their hate. It is stronger then a raging storm. It has always been that way, ever since the coming to this time it has been like this, but the hate has just been ruptured... now.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Quick running footsteps were heard, running as fast as he could. In the distants, hoove beats were heard. Horse's were in a gallop, chasing him. His breathing was hard, very hard, he was gasping for breath, but he could not stop, he could not hide. He would surely die if he did. His eyes were too blurry with water, because of him running to fast. He was pushing himself, but he had to keep going. All he wanted was to live in peace, and stop this, to help his family, but it was not meant to be so, as it seemed.

His thoughts were coming at him at random, simple thoughts to get out of this mess, then hard ones, but nothing would work they would surely find him. Please God... deliver me to safety! Trephas thought wildly, as his feet pounded hard on the ground, running further and further away from trouble, but he heard the horse hooves coming behind him. "Please Lord! Save me!" He pleaded in a whisper.

Hooves were heard coming near, on his left side, and soon a horse pulled out in front of him. He stopped suddenly, and backed up a bit. The horse was a beautiful one, black and white it looked. The rider was hard to see, and he was wearing a hood. The rider directed the horse forward. Trephas stepped backward, trying to stay a safe distance from the man on the horse. The man unseethed his sword. It looked familier. He quckily stepped backwards but tripped over a branch that was on the ground.

As he fell, a cold steel went through his body, as if his own skin was nothing. The blade that was now sticking through him stopped him from his fall. He let out a grunt of pain. He had never been stabbed before. He has never been hurt like this before. It frightened him. The figure on the horse still held the hilt of the sword still, and it was clear that there was a smirk on the man's face. The man reached up and pulled the hood down, to show Fury's face.

Fury was smirking, and a evil glint was in his eyes. Trephas looked up at his older brother in shock. How could his brother do this to him?

Fury suddenly twisted the blade, and Trephas let out a loud cry of pain. With Fury's free hand, he put a finger to his lips, and made a small 'Shh' sound, while smiling a evil way that Trephas has never seen. His eyes were full of fear, and a tear fell from his eye. He didn't want his brother to do this, and he wondered why his brother was doing this.

As if reading his brothers thoughts, Fury grinned. "Don't worry, brother. This is all for a good cause... Just think your helping our family." He said, smiling. Trephas opened his mouth to talk, but Fury talked first. "There is nothing to say, dear brother... May you rest in peace." And with that, he pulled the blade out, then walked over to Trephas and slammed the hilt of the sword on his brothers head.

Trephas collasped to the ground. Fury smiled at his work, then horse hooves were coming near. Fury turned Flick around and the horse went into a full gallop, away from the Hunters, leaving Trephas lying there on the ground blood seeping from his very deep wound. His face was pale, as pale as the moon that shined

Tear woke up. Her eyes wide with fear. Somethings wrong, she thought, sitting up in her bed. She looked around then stood and ran to the window. It was such a calm day outside, but deep down inside of her, she knew something was wrong. Something happened to her twin. But what? Tear quickly ran to the bathroom and changed into her normal clothing, then she put on boots then ran out into the hall, and then down the stairs and out the front door. She stood outside, and wondered, about what was wrong.

She walked forward and around the school, trying to find out what was wrong, it was annoying her very much and she was soon gettting angry.

"What is wrong?! What is amiss?!" She shouted angrily into the chill air, wrapping her arms around herself, as a tear slipped down her face. She couldn't understand it, what was wrong?

She'd been in the forest, hiding, quiet, trying to find peace from her troubled mind, when a loud cry reached her ears. All the memories of Chloe's death rushed into her mind, but she ignored them. Instead, she whispered one word, "Trephas..." then she broke into a run. As fast as she could towards the sound. Her speed increased when she started to hear hooves.

She broke through a bush, scratching her cheek deeply, but she didn't feel the pain. She instead stared at the sight before her. She held in a cry, tears sprining into her eyes. "Trephas..." she whispered, unable to say anything else. She ran to him, dropping to her knees at his side. Shaking hands tore the fabric of his shirt away from his wound, and she stared at his blood. Then she held a hand over where he had been stabbed, resolve in her eyes. Tears streaked down her face, but she did it anyways. The blood stopped seeping. She was using a sliver of her mind to stop the bleeding. "Don't you dare die on me." she said sharply, standing to face where the hooves were coming from. Anger and Fear boiled up within her in a dangerous mix, and the trees swayed and cracked violently with her unstablilty.

Then all at once, everything went still. She had control. Full, complete, control. Now, she was dangerous. She was mad, she was scared, and she was protective. She clenched her fists as her side, waiting for whatever was going to come through those bushes.

Trephas' breathing was shallow, but even though he was almost unconscious, he was still aware to hold on. He then heard a voice, but couldn't make out what it was, are who it was. He wanted to slip into the darkness that seemed to come around him, he wanted to let go, and fall into the comfort of the blackness.

The pain that came at him went through his body, so fast, it made him twitch a little, but his eyes were still closed, and he was then still, but his breath still came out, still shallow.

The galloping feet of horses were very close, and horses came into view, a dozen black horses with riders, who looked quite normal, but they had guns hidden in their coats they wore. All the horses surrounded Trephas and Lex, in a circle.

One of the figures on a horse was wearing a black cloak, his face invisible from view, except the yellow eyes that gleamed out, but they were emotionless, nothing was in them, not even dullness.

Her eyes were dark like the scariest storm you can immagine as she spread her stance. She was prepared to do whatever it took to keep Trephas alive, even if it meant sacrificing her sanity. She didn't even blink, move a muscle, and three men were pushed from their horses, winding up bashing against different trees with sickening cracks as they were knocked unconcious or worse. The free horses bolted. She blinked this time, and sent three more on the otherside against a tree.

Then she remained still, prepared to stop anything if she had to. "I am NOT letting this happen again." her voice was measured, controlled, but loud, bouncing off of the trees. As if to force her words, two horses who still had men reared, dumping their riders. She clenched her fists, and stared at the man who appeared to be the leader. "Not this time." she muttered, her words full of venom.

The figure that was just sitting there on his horse watched, still emotionless, and unmoving. Hie eyes shifted from one side to the other, looking at his men being thrown around, but he didn't do anything to stop it. He sat there, then looked at Lex when she spoke, but he made no movement to speak.

He then stared at Trephas who was still lying there, unmoving, except his chest when he breathed in and out. He looked back up at Lex. "Again? what do you mean again? Has this happened to you before, mutant?" He asked, but his voice was as emotionless as his eyes.

She eyes narrowed, but again, she made no motion, and two more men were thrown against trees. "As a matter of fact, yes. My friend died, actually, Murdered," she spoke the word with venom as she threw another one, "Which is all the more reason for you to give up." she said sharply. Remaining where she was, she stared at him, not caring that he appeared to be emotionless. She hated him.

He stared at the girl. She was strong with her powers, but still, he did not move, but he felt the wave of a telekinesis force blow over him many times, but nothing happened to him like the men, and now they were all thrown from there horses.

He laughed, an emotionless laugh. "I, will never give up." He said, then he stared at Trephas. "Sides, mutant, it is not you I wish to deal with, but your wounded friend... hand him over and he will live, and even see his family again."

She'd tried to throw him several times, but he was unmoved. She concluded that he was immune to her powers. She muttered an apology to the horse, and with a sickening crack, the horse reared, bolting in fear and pain as a branch broke off and hit it.

She glared at him. "Give me one," she paused, trying not to curse, "good reason why I should believe your," she held it in again, "story. And he'll live just fine with me as with you. He won't be bleeding to death any time soon." She didn't mention that her mind was allowing for bloodflow still, even though his wound had been bleeding, the blood was still going to the right places. Which just boasted of how completely furious she was.

He stared at the girl, suddenly his horse reared, and he toppled of the horse, falling on the ground with a hard thud. He let out a yelp of pain, but he quickly recovered, and stood up, his cloak falling off of him during the fall, and he wore simple black clothing, and his hair was long and black, and it was pulled back, tied with a piece of leather.

He took steps forward, toward the girl, but it was hard for him to fight the telekinesis waves that blasted over him, but still he managed to take a few steps forward. "Why shouldn't you believe me? Do you think I will not help your friend? Sides, don't you think he will rather see his family again?" He said in his odd voice.

She continued to watch him darkly, not moving at all as he advanced towards her. She could see the struggle against her powers, and knew then that while he was almost immune to it, he wasn't completely. "See, that right there, I don't trust you at all. Tell me where you're taking him. I know what happened to his family." her anger increased even more, "And I know that you were there." her telekinesis was ripping at his clothes like a violent hurricane wind, and she wondered for a moment, if she could hinder him just by holding his clothes.

She could feel him fading from her, and it scared her. She didn't close her eyes, but instead, screamed with all her might mentally, 'KANE!'

Kane sat up, panting. He'd heard Lex scream, though it had been faint. He pulled himself out of bed, slipping on a black longsleeved shirt, covering his violently scarred arms, then over top of that, a black t-shirt. On went a pair of baggy jeans, and then he felt around for his scarf, wrapping it around his neck several times.

He grabbed the red and white stripped stick from beside his bed, and bounded down the stairs quickly. In his hurry to find his sister, he ran into someone. He automatically reached out with his mind to find out if it really was a someone, and was surprised to find her mind much the same as his.

She continued to watch the man, nothing shifting in her mind, though she called again in her mind. 'KANE!'

Her voice echoed through his mind, and because it was so open, and connected to hers, it echoed into Tear's mind before he could stop it. He jerked a hand through his hair, realizing suddenly that his unseeing, violently blue eyes were visible. He had no idea even there to look for her.
