Token's eyes were as wide as dinner plates when she made herself half wolf ears and a tail and he looked away quickly. He'd never, ever, in his entire life seen anyone who looked even remotely like him. He looked at her out of the corner of his eye, grinning. The wolf ears and tail made him like her all the more, and he wished that he'd be able to have her as a little... was it brother, or sister? Shrugging, he picked brother. That one seemed right.

Token laughed and shook his head when Edward asked if he was really going to try to teach her. "Token is not 'grown up'. Token is only pup in knowledge. Can't run as fast as wolf, but can't talk as good as Human. Is always stuck in the muddle. But will teach you as best as he knows." He said, sighing in exasperation.

Token didn't know where 'France' was, but he nodded and listened anyway. Then he was quite taken aback at her next question. He wracked his brain, trying to remember what 'scary' ment. She looked so distressed that he pressed his ears flat against his head as well, and tried not to whine. There! He remembered what scary was. ... How on earth could she be scary?!

"No, no! Is not scary at all! Who would think you is scary? Token go rip their throat out for you." He offered very sweetly, grinning and nodding.

Then, shyly, he asked, "Does... Winter want to be Token's brother? Like, Pack? Token hasn't had a Pack in a very long time, but now he has one, with Snowpaw. But... would be nice to have Pack with Winter as Token's brother, too... But if no, is okay." He said quickly, mentally mixing up brother and sister.

Ed nodded in understanding, pouting slightly. "You're luckier then I am... I'm only good at being one thing, and sometimes people say I’m not even good at that.”

She relaxed visibly when he reassured her, cocking her head to the side and wondering if she'd like her sister's throat ripped out. "No," She finally decided, shaking her head slowly. "She taught me how to do things, even if she was scared." She smiled, tail swishing back and forth happily. "But thank you, anyway."

Ed grinned, bouncing up and down in excitement and nodding. "Yes! I don't know how to be in a pack, but you could teach me and then I would." She'd much rather be a brother then a sister, she decided. Sisters got afraid and yelled at you. She didn't know what a brother acted like, but if it was anything like what Token did then she wanted to be one, wanted him to be one. "Does that mean you'd be my brother too?" She questioned, craning her neck forward at him curiously.

Token grinned happily and nodded. "Token would be Winter's brother, too!" He said happily. He was starting to build a pack around him, and was feeling much more at home here than he had with the Humans. He then looked up and sniffed the air. It smelled like rain, maybe even snow. Most likely freezing rain, though. Deffinatly not weather you'd like to be outside in.

"Rain comming. Should go inside. Maybe somewhere inside, Token can start teaching Winter 'bout talking Wolf?" He offered, standing up and reaching out his hand to help walk her inside. It wouldn't do if his new brother fell off the roof right after he'd met her.

((OOC: I'll start a thread inside, too, probably in the lounge, and call it 'Teaching' ^_^))

Ed nodded silently, staring up at the sky to see if she could see whatever it was that Token had sensed. She couldn't, and she wrinkled her nose in disappointment up at it. She pushed a bit of hair out of her eyes, uncertainly slipping her small hand into his large one and nodding again. It was nice, having a brother. "Where can we go?"

((ooc: Sounds good to me.. ^^))

Token stopped, cocking his head to the side, and thought. "Lounge. Token has been in there before, at night, when no one there. Was dark and quiet." He said, not realizing it was because it was night. Smiling, he nodded and went through a door, which he knew led into a tower. From there, he could easily find his way to the lounge.

However, in the dark, unlit tower, he let go of Edward's hand, and ran as fast as he could to the lounge, laughing.

((OOC: Okay, I'll make the post there, then))
