Token lept lightly across the rooftops, reveling in the feel of the cold air against the bare skin of his arms. He wore what he always wore, a short sleved and baggy red-and-black striped t-shirt. His jeans were baggy, the hems tattered from being constantly trod upon and his feet were bare.
But his clothing was just the beginning of Token's... uniqueness. His hair was white but he was clearly young, and sprouted from his head in spikey strands. Two large, brown, canine ears twitched independantly of themselves on either side of his head. Trailing behind him and helping him keep his balance on his wild run across the rooftops was a shaggy brown tail, fluffy and held at a jaunty, arrogant angle.
The boy travled wildly across the rooftops, laughing with himself. This was truely freedom, no one to stop him and tell him to go to some testing lab, no one to chain him up and stick him with needles. No, this was freedom.
