After hearing Bel begin to agree not to report the act, Sid began listening intently for the one condition. When said condition was revealed, the moth lady let out a relieved sigh.

“Sure sure.” She waved one of her hands in the air carelessly. “I can do that, easy peasy.” She smirked. “Good to see you can recognize talent when you see it.” She’d done almost exclusively graffiti with spray paint for the past year or so, but she figured she still had it in her to work with pencils and paper.

Bel was curious to see what the moth girl would do. She wasn't the betting kind usually, however she had a good feeling about this.

"That's great," Bel stated when the girl said she'd be willing to help her out. "How about tomorrow after the last period, we meet in the art room to go over some design ideas?" she suggested.

"I gotta get back to my friends right now," Bel said remembering that Sam and her friends were probably wondering where she had gotten to.

"Oh, before I forget... I'm Bel by the way," she introduced herself, suddenly realizing they had not even exchanged names yet.

"Yeah sure, tomorrow, art room, after last period. Works for me." She snapped her fingers and pointed at Bel. "I'll see you then."

She then grabbed her bag and went over to the cans she dropped earlier, brushing dirt off of them and shoving them back into her bag. She figured they were done here, but then Bel introduced herself.

"Oh, right. I'm Sidney. The moth lady of everyone's dreams." She finished putting the cans away then lifted her bag and spread her wings. "But remember, you never saw anything." And with that, she gave a wave of two arms and started flapping and fluttered away.

It was a little after five-thirty, the last bell of the afternoon had rung and Bel was now waiting in the Art room for Sidney - a pile of large poster paper, colored markers, and pots of paint surrounding her.

She actually had no idea whether or not she would show up that afternoon to make election posters with her. Bel hoped that she would - cause quite honestly the girl did have a lot of talent, and Bel had the feeling she could capture what Bel wanted perfectly.

A few minutes late, one purple moth lady appeared at the door to the art room, coming inside and giving a wave to Bel. "Alright, I'm here. I came." She looked around at the supplies, scratching her chin. "This'll do, but what exactly do you want on your posters?"

She had actually practiced drawing with pencil crayons the night before, so she wasn't going to be as rusty as she originally thought. Though her spray paint artwork was by far her best.

Bel was relieved when she saw Sidney, more than she'd thought she'd be. She hadn't relished the idea of finding someone new to help design her campaign posters.

"Hey, you made it," Bel said in greeting, glad to see Sidney as she looked quickly down at the blank posters paper, she smiled.

"Well, I am running for President and I am head of the cheer squad, maybe we can combine both somehow?"

Sidney gave it some thought. "Okay, sure, how about..." She got right to work on one of the poster papers, popping the cap off of a black marker and quickly drawing a more cartoony version of Bel in as close to the cheer leading uniform as Sid could remember. She drew one arm going up with a pom pom as if she was cheering. Then she waited. "If I colour this in now it's gonna smudge, so I'll wait a bit."

"Got a fancy statement or something to put at the top, like vote for Bel, I don't smell, or something dumb like that?"

"Vote for Bel, I don't smell... Would be good if I were five," Bel stated laughingly. The slogan was funny, but not quite appropriate for someone running for student council president.

"How about ... Believe in something better, vote Bel?" she suggested, not too sure about the slogan but it was better than Bel don't smell.

Sidney thought it over for a moment. "I dunno, it doesn't rhyme..." She considered it some more before blurting out yet another bad cheesy slogan. "Vote for Bel and we'll excell!" She waved her hand through the air as if this was some sort of powerful statement, but she had barely finished saying it before admitting it was bad. "No."

"We'll go with what you said." She went ahead and wrote out what Bel suggested in big fancy letters, then got to work colouring in the original picture. "I gotta ask though, what's the better that I'm supposed to believe in? Like what exactly are you planning to do if you win?"

Sidney's second suggestion made Bel smile. She was funny in her own, very odd, way. Watching as she added the slogan, Bel nodded in answer to her question.

"Truthfully, I have a lot of ideas, I just need to kinda wheedle them down and choose the most important ones, and from those the ones that might be easier to accomplish," she confided as she sat down on a desktop.

"I was thinking that we could get more funds for afterschool activities like the cheer squad, or to create more events and activities that promote school spirit, unity, inclusiveness, and tolerance..." the young goddess explained.

"I have noticed that with all the changes the island has undergone lately that morale has been down, and that cannot be good," she said. "I was even thinking there might be more support given to students ... cause going back home is not really an option for many now, myself included," Bel admitted.
