"Then allow me," Havoc said, gesturing towards the cafe proper. Assuming there were no complaints, Havoc had no issues with simply purchasing her a drink, paying for it out of his own cash.
He waited for her to have received her drink before he spoke again, giving her a small little nod and feeling like he probably should be saluting.
Saluting felt more comfortable, so he ended up saluting anyway, even if she was a civilian.
