As they both sat there now comfortable with each other, Katsuo invited her to dinner. Lyra's ears pointed up a bit and she nodded excitedly. "That sounds wonderful. I'll definitely try it out with you." She beamed. "When would you like to go?"

Dinner with Katsuo would be a perfect opportunity to get to know him better. Finding out more about him interested her of course--like how growing up for him was, about his family, about his favorite things, all of it. She felt dizzy with delight just thinking about it. She didn't have many chances to share things with people or swap stories. Lyra yearned for the closeness, and time she would get to spend with him.

It was dark out now. The time had passed so quickly while they were together. The wind had picked up, and it was a little colder then before. Lyra shivered gently and looked up at the navy skin through the trees.

"Oh I didn't even realize the time." Lyra chuckled. "It didn't even feel like we've been here this long. But it was so nice. I'd do it again anytime."

She had a fluttery atmosphere around her now. Most of her fear and embarrassment dissolved, and she was much more fluent with her words. The hug helped the most, putting her and her mind at ease.

"I guess we should get going huh?" She pouted to him.

Katsuo would have taken Lyra to dinner right now, if he could. He enjoyed her presence so much, he wouldnt mind staying next to her like this forever. And the way her ears perked up in excitement was just so adorable. He really couldn't believe he'd found someone as amazing as her. "I'm free in a couple of days. Maybe we could go then?"

He soon realised, as soon as she mentioned it, that night had in fact fallen already. Time sure flies when you're enjoying yourself.
"Yeah, I quite enjoyed this. I'd do it again."

And with that came the disappointing part; They couldn't stay here any longer.
"Yeah, I guess we should." When they did leave, Katsuo would offer her the hooded jacket he was wearing to shield her from the cold.

Lyra internally groaned. She wished it wasn't so late because she was having a blast being around him. Time never tops for anyone though, so it always had to end. At least it all ended happily, which was sort of unexpected before. Also there was still plenty of time to look forward to now.

She hoped they'd hang out often, and find some fun things to do around this island. She wanted to adventure and it was always more fun when you had someone to share it with.

She got up from the stone, and folded her arms against herself. The wind blew back her hair, and she smiled at Katsuo. It was time for them to start walking back to the dorms. "Well.. shall we get going then, before it gets too cold?" Lyra asked trying not to sigh, giving him a soft look.

She would freeze out here with him all night but that was absolutely crazy and not an option.

((OOC: I guess after your next post or mine the thread will probably come to a close :P))

"Yeah... we should go." While is was a shame it had gotten so late, Katsuo tried his best to offer Lyra a smile as he, too, got up from the rock he was sitting on.

He already couldn't wait to hang out with her again, especially with the way things were going. He was sure that if all went well, they'd get to do this often. As they walked he noticed she was shaking a little from the cold, so he offered her the jacket he was wearing.

@"Lyra Winter" Man I'm sorry this took so long *dies*

As they walked off together back through the now dimly shadowed woods--Lyra smiled as she stared into space. After shivering, Katsuo offered her his jacket. She looked over at him and blushed with a light smile.

"Oh! That's really sweet.. thank you! Are you sure you don't need this?" She giggled softly as she covered his jacket around herself. She gave his arm a slight hug, and then returned to walking. She was much warmer now, but she didn't want him to freeze just for her.

She started to think about when to ask him when he wanted to go out for dinner, and if she should give him her phone number which was probably easiest--or something like an email or messaging screen name. She looked back at him with a fuller smile, and lost her eyes gazing at his hair for a moment.

When she came back to reality, and realized she should say something. "Hey so um... what day would you like to go to dinner?" She asked softly, tilting her head.

"Oh and! I almost forgot, here's my cell phone so you can reach me. " She scribbled it down on a piece of scrap paper she had on her, and handed it to him happily.

Soon enough, they made their way out of the forest and it was only a few minutes now before they'd reach the dorms, and she would collapse onto her bed only to daydream about this all.

((no problem Tanau lool you can always take your time. we gonna have to start a new thread for the thing whenever.))

"I'm perfectly fine. You seem like you need it more." Katsuo's face flushed faintly as she half-hugged his arm. He smiled back at her as they walked back to the dorms together. He still couldn't quite believe the way things had gone after they met just earlier today. It was as if something was controlling their fates- Wait, this was not something he ever cared to think about. He was just so glad they'd met, it felt like he must have been extremely lucky. Her eyes were so stunning that he didn't mind her looking at him for the length of time that she did.

What day did he want to go to dinner? He frowned for a spit second as he tried to remember, then it came to him. "Uh, well I can book it for Saturday night. Is that a good time?"

She had also handed him her number, which reminded him that that was something he
hadn't done yet. He took the sheet of paper before searching his pockets for one of his own. After finding a srcap of paper, he wrote his number down and handed it to her. "This is my phone number."

They soon made it out of the forest, and he would see her into her dorm. He still couldn't believe what just happened as he walked back to the family mansion.

((Wow sorry again for taking so long, I feel so bad orz Anyways, I think we should end this one here and start the new one :D )) @"Lyra Winter"
