A billionaire really wants to watch a bunch of super powered people fight, so he sets up a bunch of cameras all over the island and hosts a fighting tournament, the prize being one million dollars. After enlisting and agreeing to all the rules, participants are given bracelets that alter there genes, limiting some participants, and empowering others to keep things fair.
-Dont kill people: Pretty simple, no murder
-No weapons: Fights are fought with no weapons, you use your body and the special powers you have
-No cheating: No using things other than your body and powers for fights, that said the billionaire running this thing is only interested in watching interesting fights, so perhaps if your character can cheat in a way he finds interesting he'll let it slide.
Phase 1 one the tournament lasts about a month. Contestants must last until the end of the month without losing any fights, if they lose a single fight they are disqualified. At the end of the month the tournament moves to Phase 2
Phase 2 puts all remaining contestants into a bracket and proceeds like a regular tournament.
After Phase 2 is completed the winner fights the billionaire who has analyzed everyone's techniques, abilities, and weaknesses, and challenges them to a fight.
