The top floor of the building was quiet, almost very strangely quiet, compared to the noise in the lower levels. Down there, people were constantly in fighting tournaments. And Deith and Ardos were always there to facilitate to make sure things were in order.

Work was almost done for today though. And instead of being in the lower floors, he was at the top, just outside Tao's office. He knocked three times, before grabbing the knob and twisting it open.

He stepped inside. He expected to find Tao there, because he's all the reason there was for Deith to come up here in the first place. The 'why' wasn't really important. By now, Tao should have figured that Deith was a clingy bastard and he wanted to be around Tao often. Again, the 'why' wasn't important.

"Tao?" he called, letting himself in.

Tao was a light sleeper and always took power naps at times to save energy for school, which was a good thing as it had saved him plenty of times. most of them he was literally saved by waking up at a strange noise and other times he was saved from embarrassment, much like this time.

He yawned, sure of him self thinking that he had said that he would be right there so imagine his surprise when someone entered. While they entered his eyes and other senses where focused on the door and whoever came in so when Deith entered his eyes returned to a drowsy state.

It wasn't that he ignored Deith's voice when he had called out to Tao, Tao had simply missed it so when Deith entered he should be able to see a little on Tao's cheek "I am up, I am up! Any problems downstairs? Did you need something?".

A sly grin slowly crept through Deith's lips as he set foot inside the office, only to see the Fight Club's founder having just woken up. He understands, after all, Tao was still a kid who still went to school and he'd need all the sleep he can.

Deith wasn't feeling guilty that he woke him up though. In fact, he felt rather amused seeing Tao with those sleepy eyes. He even had the urge to tease him about it.

"Everything's fine, no worries," he said, settling down on a run-down couch. Heaving a long sigh, he sunk into it, leaning his head over the backrest. "Ahh, I'm beat. Punching hard-headed people's teeth out is a little tiring."

He was there merely to bother Tao, aside from maybe giving him a report about the night's activities. "There are still some people trying to cheat. But you don't have to worry about them." He closed his eyes but only for a moment. He was going to need a little rest later. He looked at Tao, his grin not going anywhere. "It's 5 am, sleepy head. Do you have school today?"

"A'ight" with that half arsed word he knew he needed to really wake up and put his palms against eyes to rub. At the sight of Deith's grin, this time a bit more awake, he knew Deith was thinking of or actually was being mischievous so he decided to have his own little fun.

What day was it, of yea, his day of then he would have the power of.... The power to..Right it was the power that let him speak to others mind and listen in on what they where saying.

"It's 5 am, sleepy head. Do you have school today?"

Oh this was just too perfect, he yawned before making his plans into a reality. Changed his position to look at Deith, it was his way of showing that he didn't move his lips, in order to create an alibi.

"Hmm, let me think." Well this time he spoke and used his lips and voice normally but not the next.

"Tao knows about that person." His voice would come from every direction, within Deiths mind though the voice wasn't his as he changed it that much to make it believable. Tao didn't really know too much about anyone but anyone would think about someone hearing those words.

With hi regular voice he continued from before "Oh, yee. It is my day of."

"Tao knows about that person."

Deith furrowed his brows and tilted his head back as he heard an odd unfamiliar voice in his head. What person though? He sighed and closed his eyes. Lei, his beloved ocean fighter, was the first person to come to mind, but after that, he became more concerned with himself hearing voices again. It was pretty cool, actually.

Tao said that he had the day off and Deith simply nodded. "Good," he mumbled, closing his eyes. He needed some sleep too. Maybe he was becoming sleep drunk that's why the voice was in his head.

"So what are you gonna do today if it's your off?"

Oh he just had to let Deith have it now when he had asked that question "I was planning on playing God in other peoples minds" while he hadn't played God with Deiths mind he still had been there, though he considered this his confession, not that he was so good a person as to ever have a real confession.

He yawned one last time, a great yawn that lasted five seconds all the while he fought it, trying to have his jaws closed. "What brings you to my castle" there where a hint of sarcasm in his last word. While the place was a castle to him, he also knew how normal people would view his place if they would ever see it.

"I was gonna play the concerned friend, because I'm concerned about the boss who needs as much sleep as he can have because he's tiring himself so much during both day and night." Deith snickered, bordering to a loud laugh, as he turned to Tao. He was a little relieved to know that maybe he wasn't sleep drunk after all, though he still needed some sleep.

"Ah, but seriously, I just wanted to check on you. And maybe get some sleep--" he patted the couch, "--here in this quiet room."

"We could always chill and talk about the good ol days" On second thought, perhaps not. not only had he gotten a few knife wounds that day but he also got a little bored fighting that numerous group, imagine eating pasta every day for ten years, eventually it will stop tasting good, the same theory worked on fighting, fun and boredom.

On the other hand he did get to see a gentle side of Deith who patched him up and shared a can of food but then again it took some work, sweat and blood to set up the club to work properly "Maybe not.".

A soft yawn. A sleepy laugh. A nod. Talking about the good old days was going to be fun on his end, but watching Tao think about it made him sure it wasn't the same for the young boss. After all, he got him stabbed that first day they knew each other.

"Why not? It was fun for me," he grinned. He was pushing the conversation to tease Tao somehow. "You were pretty amusing, you know. I guess I should be thankful I didn't kill you instantly, 'cause if I did, I won't be having the Fight Club for entertainment."

He'd always say it was for entertainment, but after all he's done for the club now, for Tao, that kind of talk was going to be hard to believe. He cared for the club more than what he let people know.
