Aurum sat in his chair with a glass of whiskey. It was his... 5th drink of the night. A glass to him seemed more like a pint as he rubbed his eyes. Just trying to gather himself up. All his adopted children busy, the orphanage preferred his assistants than him as he sat of what looked like a mirror. He stood up with his cup as he looked at the mirror. Changing it from a one way mirror to a two way with a tap on his phone. Looking at a set of armor. Ruined and not repairable. Pieces missing as well as just unwordly as he just looked at it wide eyed.
"I wish I could repair you my old friend. You took me through many years, You were my shield and my armour, yet now. I have no use for you. This world.." He stated with a sigh. A heavy sigh.
Aurum could only recall tales of lose. His world was crashing before him. He felt as if his whole world was torn asunder. He kept his eyes. Bionic and only real eye on it. Just... looking at it. His eyes couldn't pull away from it as he felt something run down his cheek.
It was a single tear. He rubbed it off with his hand. He was known for showing no remorse outside of his teachings or what ever he did. Though, something was bothering him. Something still was within him that showed humanity from his cold exterior. The man who never showed pain. Though he thought he was alone...
