Appearance Description:
Eznier has amber-colored eyes that can appear almost golden in the right light. He has ear-length black hair that he intentionally keeps a bit messy. He has no scars nor other forms of jewelry or piercings. His skin is tan, though whether this is the natural pigment or the result of being outside a lot is unknown.
Ez's biggest descriptive feature are his cat ears and tail. Both are softly furred the same color as his hair. The tail swishes through the air to indicate whatever mood the boy is currently in. When distracted, the ears and tail seem to take on a mind of their own, twitching or moving of their own accord.
For clothing, Ez wears whatever shows off his body the best without getting him into trouble. Shorts and T-shirts are preferable, fitting him very well so he can show off his figure. He especially likes the kinds of shirts that become see-through when they get wearing, usually wearing them when he goes out to the town. When in his room, he has a soft robe that he wears usually sans any other kind of clothing.
Personality Description:
In public, Eznier is a huge flirt. Even with strangers, there doesn't seem to be anyone he wouldn't strike up a conversation with. He appears genuinely helpful and willing to give advice and aid to anyone that needs it, usually without asking. Internally, though, he scores himself points for behavior that would more quickly get him intimate.
Despite the near constant attempts to be with others, deep inside Eznier is very lonely. He's unsure whether the people that get close to him do so because of his ability or because he is generally attractive. This has led him to doubt himself in other areas, such as his school work and talents outside of school. Perhaps if he could find someone to quash his insecurities he could finally be free of them.
Powers:
Telepathic Suggestion is Eznier's main power, implanting thoughts into the minds of others. The playboy that he is, the most common use he has of this power is to 'suggest' others to spend more time with him. Depending on the other person involved, this has led to anywhere between nothing happening and them sleeping together. Ez prefers when it goes all the way, himself.
While the possibilities his Power can give him are wide-ranging, so far Ez has not shown interest in refining his power. Only recently has he even considered going to Starlight Academy for training, his insecurity finally getting the better of him. Once he has trained himself more, more powers should develop quickly. The first thing he needs to learn, though, is how to fully turn off his Telepathic Suggestion when he wants to.
As a minor factor of his power, Eznier has two animalistic features. A pair of black cat ears adorn his head and a long, fuzzy cat tail can be found on his backside. Whether this is because cats are his favorite animals or something with his genetics, he is not sure. He has learned to hide them from regular people, but here at the academy he wonders how he can use them to his advantage.
Biography: Born to a small family in Arkansas, Eznier was everything his parents could ever hope for. The product of years of trying to have a child, his mother Lisbeth doted on her baby as much as she could in a day. The father, Jeremiah, spent most of his days at work to support the three of them. When he was home, though, he loved playing with his son just as much.
It was when he started to attend school that his power started to manifest. At first he thought the other children were friendly to him, something he had hoped for. However, seeing how these same children behaved almost the exact opposite to others similar to Ez, he began to wonder what was different about him. It wasn't until after an accidental use of his power to ask for some extra lunch money from a friend did he realize his ability.
Soon after he started practicing, the ears and tail grew to their full length seemingly overnight. At first freaking out, Ez soon found the best ways to hide his new features even from his parents. With all the potential problems out of the way, the boy began to move on from friendship to other pursuits a teenage boy had heard of. This worked all too well, Ez having experienced a variety of intimate lessons before even becoming a Freshman in high school.
The problem became when Ez couldn't find out how to stop the thoughts. Bothered night and day by his former lovers, as well as the realization that what they had might have been completely fake due to the mind control, led him to begin searching for others that might have the same abilities that he had. While his search didn't bear fruit immediately, just after he finished his Junior year of high school he got a letter of invitation for Starlight Academy.
Hoping this school would help him learn to at least control his power, he broke the news to his parents that he had been accepted by a special academy far from them. While nearly heartbroken, the two wanted what was best for their son while being completely oblivious to his powers. The fact that he had never used his power on his parents yet they still loved him gave Eznier the little extra boost he needed to take the first step onto the airplane away from everything he knew. In his pants, though, his tail twitched at the thought of what he would find at his new school.
