Destra inhaled deeply then exhaled. It was time for him to train a bit and practice with his powers. For today he was working on finer control over his sand skeletons. To that end he was here at a more isolated, but still accessible portion of the beach. He stretched out his arms and unleashed his red lightning into the ground. In a matter of seconds ten skeletons made of sand rose out of the ground. Full optimization was the goal. In a lot of ways these things were programmable and as Destra found flaws he would take mental notes, and make adjustments.
He took a fighting stance and looked at them. "You all know the drill, come at me with everything you got!" he commanded. The skeletons weren't sapient, in fact they were part of him. Still, they came at him following a very coordinated but frenzied pattern. To anyone who happened to see, they might even assume it was an actual fight. Which was why he chose the location he did. Explaining to people what he was doing was well... annoying.
