Normally liv was a pretty level headed person. She did have her moments of loud obnoxiousness, but she more often than not was sort of calm. That being said, sick wasn't something she was familiar with. In fact she could only recall being sick during recovery after the fight with her mom. Considering she was on the verge of death at the time, Liv was very concerned. At first she brushed it off as period symptoms; stomach aches, nausea, all symptoms of her incoming period. It wasn't as if it was anything knew to he after over a hundred years of dealing with such things. Only it didn't go away and her period didn't come. Both signs that things weren't as open and shut, as she had thought.

Going to the doctor for the first time in years was very awkward. There was so much paperwork, awkward questions, and nosey as nurses giggling at her. When the doctor came in and started to examine her, she was incredibly nervous. She didn't really need to worry, but she was going over worst case scenarios. None of which included the fact that her very lovable redheaded boyfriend had knocked her up.

When it was mentioned to her, she laughed it off. She had beem careful, taken all the precautions, she remembered everything for sex ed class. Still she took the test, waited for the doctor to come back. His smiling face was NOT comforting to her, in fact it was infuriating. 'Oliviea you're gonna be a Mom' was not what she wanted to hear. Even if she was kind of excited at the idea, secretly thrilled at the prospect of being parent...she didn't know hot to tell Raul. She dealt with everything, rescheduling, questions, helpful hint, and then she went home.

She texted Raul to come over for dinner. After all telling someone over dinner would be okay? She could distract him with his favorite food and then spill the beans. She only hoped he wouldn't completely freak out on her.

Raul was good about condoms. He was dumb, but he wasn't stupid enough to not be careful during sex. He slept around a LOT or at least used to until he found Liv. He was a real playboy that messed around a lot of women's hearts and expectations. Reflecting on this now that he was within a serious relationship, he was a real dick back then. It was surprising that the hot Latina had any interest in him at all. It was thanks to her that he was on the path of becoming less of a scrub.

However, was he really ready to be a father?

The idiot came to dinner expecting absolutely nothing. He legit thought it was just dinner with the girlfriend, no big deal. He managed to arrive at the time she asked him to and knocked on the door. His motorcycle was parked alongside the sidewalk. He wore the usual attire. Of course his always horny mind wondered if there would be dessert later, but he learned how to not be a dog. He could be patient. Besides, he was hungry! He skipped out on dinner with the fam to be with his girl.

As the redhead waited for her to let him in, he contemplated his proposal plans. It was his desire to attempt to take her as his wife. Wait, that didn't sound right...gah. He was really struggling to pop the question and set up the whole she-bang. He was a far cry from Alex. Stupid older brother, knowing how to plan stuff and shit. He would fight him...and likely lose yet again. He also didn't want to look like he was biting off of the king either. Why did this have to be so complicated?

A goofy grin spread on his face the moment the door opened.

"Hey Liv babe~ What's cooking?"

Liv had lost herself in cooking, turning on the radio to a rock station, and she had pretty much forgotten how quick an hour could pass. She heard the motorcycle as soon as it got on her street. It wasn't that hard to catch considering it had been pulling into her driveway for awhile now. The motorcycle meant Raul, Raul meant news, and news meant confessing that she was pregnant.

She was looking forward to motherhood, she was not looking forward to Raul freaking out. As he got closer the tempture around her dropped slightly. She had never been this nervous, she was always the kicks fight me 1 v 1 person. "You're favorite!" She called somewhat nervously but hopefully it didn't show. As she was finishing up she set the table. Nothing too suspicious right? She could do this, this wasn't hard. It was one baby, one little ball of scales and stuff.

"How was work?" She asked taking two cans of soda out the fridge. She wished she could've had a beer, only she couldn't. Soda did nothing to calm the nerves.
