Dr. Lewis Knight

Lewis is a fairly attractive man and is sometimes called a "pretty boy". He is of average height (5'7") and doesn't really care. His eyes are bright blue and sometimes they even seem to glow! (when using his powers) Lewis is slightly pale mainly because he needs to go outside more. He is a thin and lanky man. His hair is normally brown and styled. Lewis has a wider range of clothing he wears but it's often on the formal side. He does like to wear tennis shoes for comfort if he is working. One thing Lewis is often seen wearing is a lab coat. People joke that he must've been born wearing one but he does take it off from time to time.​

To put it simply Lewis appears to the outside world as a Gentleman. He was raised to be polite and extremely well mannered and this has carried on into his adulthood. He's also very kind to people even if he dislikes them. Sometimes you have to be the better man right?

Lewis' head almost always seems to be somewhere else. He's constantly thinking and analyzing everything in his life. Sometimes Lewis will ramble a bit about topics to people. He also comes off as a bit blunt or cynical because of how he takes a logical view on pretty much everything.

"The day my To-Do List is finished will probably be the day I die"
Lewis always seems to be busy with at least 5 things at any given time. He's pretty good at multitasking and prefers to work alone. More often than not other people just bring more complications to a task. Cutting them out makes things go much smoother.

"Can't Lose More People You Care About If You Never Get Close To Anyone Else"
Lewis never seems to get into deep relationships with people anymore. Lewis might not realize it but, not getting to know people on a deeper level is pretty much an unconscious defense mechanism. He's always been fine by himself so why rely on others when it will only end up in pain? He's been betrayed by others one too many times and lost countless people. Why even try anymore?​

Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: Lewis has the ability to see various kinds of light in the EM spectrum. (Gamma Ray, X-Ray, Ultraviolet, Visible Light, Infrared, Microwave, Radio Wave) He can only see one type of light at a time (besides Visible Light he can always see that). His eyes also glow as a side effect of this power. Lewis can only see other parts of the EM spectrum for up to 2 hours a day. He usually gets headaches if he uses his power for more then 30 minutes at a time.

Dr. Alexander Lewis Knight Jr. was born as the only son of the world renown Oncologist Dr. Alexander Lewis Knight Sr. and the OB-GYN Dr. Aspen Lisa Knight. His parents decided to have their son go by Lewis so there wasn't as much confusion with his father. Lewis was born, raised and, educated in London, England. As a child, Lewis was very focused in his studies but was still fairly popular in his age group. He always had a wild imagination that never faded with age. Because of the fact that both of Lewis's parents were busy doctors, he became fiercely independent from a very young age. Lewis rarely was in the same exact place as both of his parents at the same time. At the age of 5, he was sent off to a boarding school. This was where he met his future wife Ash. Ash was a very brash and adventurous child. Lewis soon became close friends with Ash.

Lewis's mother died in a car accent when he was 16 years old. Lewis worried about his father as he became too involved in his work and became detached from Lewis.

Lewis and Ash eventually fell in love and Ash became pregnant in their last year at boarding school. Since they were both 18 Lewis finally proposed to Ash. She said yes and they got married in the summer after they graduated.

Only about a month later Ash gave birth to a child. This child was assigned female at birth but it was very clear from a young age that the child didn't feel like a girl. So they allowed the child to change their gender and renamed them to Alexander Lewis Knight III.

Once Lewis graduated from his boarding school we went off to University. He got his Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from Oxford University at the age of 30. He then got a job at a lab (in the US) working on Bionically engineering humans. Despite being very busy Lewis was a very devoted father and loved being with his family.

Lewis's father ended up dying from cancer when he was 32. Lewis was completely shocked because he hadn't been in contact with his father in many years (despite wanting and trying too) and didn't even know he had cancer.

Lewis's life changed when his son was around the age of 16. His son was kidnapped and Ash was killed during the ordeal. He soon found out it was some of his scientists that kidnapped his son. Lewis went to confront them but ended up being held hostage as well. Lewis was separated from his son as they both were unwillingly bionically engineered (how he got his powers) and after his son managed to escape Lewis got out as well.

Lewis couldn't seem to find any trace of his son after the escape but ended up hearing about Manta Carlos from some old college friends who's child is going to Starlight Academy. He decided to move to Manta Carlos and is hoping that maybe his son will end up at Starlight Academy.

Lewis has recently gotten back in contact with his son and they seem to get along but not in the same way they used too.​
