The Knight Estate is a large two-story Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Prairie styled home. A man made creek runs around the grounds of the house. Besides a few trees there's not much foliage.
Inside the home is extremely neat and furnished with modern furniture. All of the house has lots of natural light because of the tall looming stained glass windows. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, library, and 2 bathrooms. The basement has a small lab that is used by Dr. Lewis Knight and a bathroom. The second floor has 5 bedrooms two of which are guest rooms. The master bedroom is Dr. Lewis Knight's room and he also uses another room as an office. Unseen also has a room. Each room has an on-suite bathroom as well.
The backyard has a large grilling area with 4 grills an lots of seating areas. There is also a pool, hot tub and sauna.
