Ariella wanted to be outside, playing in the snow or taking a walk, or atleast doing anything but work in the library. But, unfortunately, she'd put off doing this assignment until she couldn't anymore, since it was due tommorrow, and now she was sitting in the table in the corner, closest to the window, wishing she could be outside, but knowing she should've been concentrating on the stack of books in front of her.
She wasn't even sure if she was doing the work on the right thing, she knew she should be researching a War, though which one it was she had forgotten. Oh well, it was better than not doing the work at all. Ari flipped through the pages of the book, bored, and then snapped it shut and dropped her pen on the table.
Standing up, Ariella went to return the book to its shelf. She bit her lip and shoved the book into a random spot, unsure of where she had gotten it at first, then restlessly walked through the library. Finally, Ariella turned to walk back to her table, though hoping for something, or someone, to distract her from the work. And as she reached the table she'd been sitting at, she heard a voice.
