Didn't your parents tell you not to talk to strangers?

Vincenzo's thumb ran over her fingers fondly as she spoke, a small smile on his face.

"Japanese, hm? I have a lot of respect for East Asians in general. Decency and community are important to them, and it's refreshing from the usual selfish individualism of the West. It's no wonder you're as sweet as you are." He nodded as she talked about her future plans. "Fukawa, huh? I've heard of the name. I'm from Italy's Fontanas. My family owns the biggest farms in Italy, and we're branching out to other businesses as a result."

Vincenzo moved a little closer, tilting her head up to look at him with a finger under her chin. His eyes were kind. "I hope we get along. People of our standing should be... ah, associating for the good of our businesses, no?"

Just then, the taxi finally parked. Vincenzo looked at the window and saw his house.

It wasn't a grand house, but it was clearly expensive, if rustic, stylish, and made from brick. The garden is covered in beautiful flowers and the color scheme of the building was very regal. It wasn't shady at all. It was as classy as he presented himself.

After the toll was paid, Vincenzo exited the taxi and offered his hand to Mochi, leading her to the front of his house. "Angel, please, come with me inside. I want to express my gratitude to you properly. How does dinner sound? I've been told I'm not a half-bad cook."

He opened the door and gestured for her to come inside. His house was finally decorated, with antique furniture and classy decor. "Make yourself at home."

Ah, so the Fontanas were indeed a notable name. Agriculture was important for many reasons, most notably for food. After all, farms provided goods that allowed people to not go hungry. It was interesting how the two passengers were apart of the rich sector for opposing fields. However, these fields had a co-dependent relationship of sorts. Technology made the farmers' jobs easier, and the farm's goods fed the techies. A win-win really. She didn't mean to discuss business so much though. A light blush appeared on Mochi's face as her head was lifted. She gazed into his kind eyes and was fooled by their allure. His actions in general were soothing to the lamb.

The cab stopped in front of a gorgeous house. This place was definitely of European design. Very classy and traditional. Momo could respect that. Jouka meanwhile eased up. Okay, the guy didn't seem awful yet, and he was being rather sweet to the futakuchi-onna. Then again, the hair could debate if it was thirst that drove the man. Vincenzo invited the girl inside his house. The two mouths were at odds about this, but Momo won.

"Sure! I would love to."

She pulled out her wallet and paid the toll. Once that was settled, she stepped out of the car and followed the man. She stepped inside and instinctively took off her shoes and neatly placed them aside. This left her wearing cute little socks that showed off her adorable feet. The Japanese woman realized what she was doing and blushed while lightly scratching her temple with a single finger.

"Oh, um, force of habit. Should I keep my shoes on or off?"

She felt awkward having to ask this, but it was only polite. Meanwhile she admired the furniture and its arrangement. She complimented him aloud.

"You have a beautiful home, Vincenzo!"

Vincenzo smiled at her socks, going as far to say, "Adorable." It really was. He had socks like those. He gestured for her to sit on the living room couch while he made his way to the adjacent kitchen. He began boiling some water and taking desserts out of the fridge.

It wasn't that dark yet. They could have tea time before dinner.

"I can't imagine it would be an issue. My house is very clean." He took off his dirty coat and threw it in the laundry basket inside the bathroom. He took the time before the water boiled to go back to his room and change into something more comfortable with softer colors, a white shirt and a light blue cardigan. It was a ridiculous contrast when he took off his glamour, but that was what made everything so hilarious. Nobody expected someone as harmless and doe-eyed as this to suck the life out of them.

When the kettle stopped screaming, he made his way downstairs to make him and Mochi two cups of rose tea, flower petals swimming in the water. He placed the cups of tea on the coffee table in front of her, and a small platter of French desserts next to the teapot. The decoration and selection were picturesque, out of a French cafe. He sat next to her, picking up his cup and encouraging her to do the same. "I took up baking as a hobby after boarding school. I made these myself, and I'd rather share them with you. You and your friend could have as many as you like."

He smiled sweetly.

"Out of curiousity, Ms. Fukawa, are you spoken for? I imagine you must have a lot of suitors. Someone as sweet, beautiful, and fortunate as you would attract many." You know what they said about attracting flies with honey.

The woman obeyed and scurried over to the couch. She gently plopped down and sat there with her back straight and her thighs close together. Her smile remained as her hands grasped one another. Her hair kept fidgeting around. The girl was focused on checking out the decor as she sat there; the hair was focused on what would be the closest escape route in case things went horribly wrong. The two entities were at odds about their predicament. Momo couldn't be any happier while Jouka felt something was off. Something was not quite right here. Of course desserts made for a delicious distraction, but that only stopped the hair from commenting verbally.

Vincenzo managed to look even gentler than before by wearing baby blue of all colors. She could practically hug him without qualms. The poor sheep fell for the wolf's deception. The futakuchi-onna glanced at Vinnie as he sat down next to her. She found herself blushing a bit at how close in proximity he was to her. Maybe she should move away a bit? However, she didn't want to be rude or give him the wrong idea. This put her in a troublesome predicament as she accepted the tea as if there was nothing on her mind. Her eyes followed the dancing rose petals inside her cup. Her tendrils eagerly snatched up a few treats and fed them to the second mouth.

Then he questioned her about her relationship status. Well.....if this were before the elections, then she would have stated that she was taken. However, that didn't seem to be true anymore. Her boyfriend left her all alone and forced her to have to give up on their relationship. She needed someone that would spent time with her; perhaps that someone would also be considerably funner too. While their initial interactions were cute, their overall relationship became quite dull. However, being the loyal girl that she was, she did not drift until he stopped giving her attention. A soft sigh escaped her lips.

"I appreciate your compliments, but that's not really the case. I had a boyfriend, but he stopped spending time with me. I guess he just lost interest or became too busy with student council matters....."

Her smile weakened as she took a sip of her tea. It was delicious. Judging from Jouka's reactions to the sweets, the sweets were wonderful too.

"Thank you for the food. It's fantastic."

Her response was less enthused than she desired due to the sadness that came from the previous answer. She realized that she felt quite lonely, and that loneliness was eating at her. It also made her vulnerable.
