Delinquents for Community Service (DCS) is a gang of kids around the pre-teen and teen ages led by Janelle Thompson. Together they pose as a group of delinquents and bad kids that should be feared, yet they do plenty of community service and promote goodness. Through communication and planning, they set up times to pick up litter, tutor, babysit, fundraise, and do other helpful services during their free time. A big thing they promote is the protection of the weak and helping them become strong. For free (though gifts are accepted), some members will let themselves be "hired" to protect kids from bullies and get them to safety (such as encouraging a nervous kid go to the teacher about a bullying problem).
Janelle is not against people doing their own helpful tasks, and will not force you to show up at every meeting. At the very least, post in the group messages once in a while to give updates on your good deeds. You're also not expected to do every activity listed. They're just suggestions to give everyone a good idea of what the club's about.
Janelle heavily promotes the joining of the Starlight Helper's Club due to them having very similar goals and her being there regularly.
Best of all, Janelle has a not-so-secret love of baking and tries to find excuses to bring treats over, and she's now working on jackets for the clubmates. Expect her to be pushing for a lot of fundraisers with her baking. ;)
