She'd knock on the door, practically bouncing with excitement. A date with the adorable girl she'd met, it was something to look forward too. She'd even dressed up for the occasion, well sorta, it wasn't anything super fancy, but it was a nice black dress.

The cat girl would grin when the door opened. "Hey hon," she'd give her a kiss on the cheek. "Uh, I might be a little early," she'd admit with a giggle. "Ran here in cat form," she say tilting her head a little.

"Anyways, ready? If not I don't mind waiting a bit," she didn't mind waiting if needed, plus she was kinda curious about Tilly's dorm. @Robin

Tilly had a rough night.

Though she and Alt had dealt with the cornerhound issue, Tilly was drained from the experience. She had nearly been killed in that endeavor, and hadn't slept in the days that came before it. She was tired and harrowed. Her

So it wasn't until she tumbled out of bed and stumbled to the door to find her date waiting for her that she realized her folly. She'd completely forgotten about her date with Shiro.
"Uhh, hey." She said dumbly, wiping the sleep from her eyes. "I was, uh, just finishing up. Come on in." She said. It was a boldfaced lie, but she didn't want Shiro to feel like she had forgotten.

She opened the door and lead Shiro into her room, which she was in the process of packing up, since she had a whole lot of stuff and was moving out to start college soon. Boxes littered the floor, half-packed, but some remnants of her personality still filled the cozy little space. Candles lit the whole room, and her Tim Currey still stared down from a lone Rocky Horror poster. Various magical acoutromants hung out of open boxes.

"Uh, go ahead and have a seat." She said, gesturing towards the couch. She had showered the night before, to get all of the Outsider guts out of her hair, so she was fine in that department. She brushed out her hair as best she could, then threw together an outfit. She threw on an old Karl Marx t-shirt that read "Eat the rich," along with a pair of ripped up jeans. She didn't usually buy jeans in that style, these ones had actually been torn to shreds by monsters.

She didn't even bother with the hat this time, but still she scooped up her staff and rod, just in case.

She burst out of her room, not even having bothered to shut the door behind her, and breathed a sigh of exasperation.
"Okay, I'm good!"

She'd take a seat, glancing around the dorm. "That's right, you're moving to the college dorms huh?" College was just a few years off for her, she hadn't given it much thought. "Guess I'll have to start thinking about majors and all that college stuff."

The cat girl would smile when Tilly appeared, standing and offering her her arm. "Well the sushi awaits," she'd say with a giggle leading her out of the dorm and out of the school. "Ok, so have you ever had sushi?" she'd ask curiously as they walked through the cool night air.

"If not, well its gonna blow your mind," she'd giggle. "Its delicious," she'd give Tilly a quick kiss on the cheek, "always fun seeing people try it for the first time."

”Not the dorms, actually.” Tilly called as she got changed, kicking the door closed behind her. Despite the fact that she was pretty much beyond the point of requiring modesty, Tilly still felt weird about stuff like that. ”I got my own place. It’s a cozy little coffin in town. I figure it’s easier for me to live off school grounds. Plus, I can actually ward this place and the landlord doesn’t care!” Despite her concern, the academy’s own defenses had never failed her yet. Technically, the only trouble she’d ever gotten to had been off school grounds, but it was a point of wizardly pride for Tilly to be able to defend herself.

”Honestly, I can’t decide between my majors. Like, magical studies seems obvious, but magical theory is so interesting, and then there’s magical history-” She rattled off a list of wizardly college majors long enough to make anyone’s head spin, absentmindedly tucking her blasting rod into her back pocket the way she always did, and calling her staff to her free hand on a gust of wind. She took Shiro’s arm the wrong way, as if she were going to do a do-si-do, but she didn’t seem to know she’d fouled that up.

”Not the real kind. I’ve had that stuff they serve at buffets with crab meat and cream cheese though.” She said, making a face. ”Not really my thing. Or maybe it was just bad crab.”

She'd giggle. "Definitely bad crab, the freshly made stuff is always the best," her tail would sway a little behind her, "luckily we live on an island, so there's a good amount of fresh fish for the restaurants." She'd briefly take on a dreamy look, "so many delicious fish."

The cat girl would snap out of her fish daze, looking slightly embarrassed. "Sorry, I just love fish," she'd say with a chuckle. "Anyways....," she'd hum in thought, "I'll be able to start college classes pretty soon, I just wanna take all the magic focused ones." She'd look over at her. "That reminds me...I have an ability I probably haven't mentioned," she'd tap the side of her own head, "my brain is magically enhanced, works for times faster than most."

They'd continue to walk and ahead they could see a grouping of abilities, including the restuarant. "Oh my," she'd sniff the air, "I can tasty things." She'd almost drool but quickly stop with an embarrassed giggle.
