Dancing Banana...No seriously...

Annie put the cap on her fuzzy pink pen. Bob was curled up at her feet. She would have kept writing-as it was very peaceful in the mountains- but her hand was starting to cramp up.

She reached down and picked up her pet bunny. "Woah! Brilliant idea! I could teach you to DANCE! And we'd become famous and rich! And then I can take over the world!" She said.

She set the rabbit down. "Okay, go like this Bob." She jumped up and did something resembling the chicken dance. Bob just stared at her.

"You're not cooperating!" Annie hollered in exasperation. "Come on! You can do it! I have faith in you, Bob!"

She repeated her dance. Bob still made no movement. Annie screeched. "BOB!" She yelled.

Wow. This place had horrible memories. Dude. Why did I come up here? the thirteen-year-old thought to herself. She looked up at the sky, violet eyes beginning to burn. Looking at the sun was not a wise thing to do...

And blinding herself wasn't going to make the past go away.

The young teenager had been rather depressed for a long time now. Life was just spiraling downwards. First, Danni had died and Alyeria had gotten sick — those had been all her fault. Then, Alexander died. Not her fault, but she had lost her nephew. Finally, Andrew was dead. Seeing Adelina so depressed only made October depressed as well. She didn't like to see her older sister so... distraught.

As she climbed, she thought she heard someone screech. She didn't care about it, but her feet seemed to have a mind of their own. Before she knew it, she was a couple of yards away from a girl with auburn curls and pink bunny... well, that was strange.

"Why are you yelling?" she asked in a calm, soft tone of voice, eyelids halfway closed as she looked at the other female.

"Dagnabit! You darn bunny! How am I supposed to achieve world domination if you just sit there like a rock!?" Annie lectured her pet. But he of course, paid no attention to her. He never did.

Annie looked up when someone spoke to her. She studied the girl for a minute. She was a few years younger than herself. Annie walked over and picked up her rabbit.

"I'm trying to get Bob to dance, but I guess he's just not in the mood. Maybe it's because I have no music." She shrugged. "I'm Annie."

"... How am I supposed to achieve world domination if you just sit there like a rock!?"

October just blinked. World domination? Well someone was a little nutty. It seemed that everyone at this school was crazy, or thought others were crazy. The young girl just sighed inwardly, watching her. She really shouldn't be picking on a poor bunny like that.

"I'm trying to get Bob to dance, but I guess he's just not in the mood. Maybe it's because I have no music."

A black eyebrow moved up slightly. "Um... rabbit's don't dance..." she said. Hopefully she wouldn't go nuts on her because of that. "And I'm October... nice to meet you."

[one big can of crazy!! LOL]

Annie picked Bob up again. "In case you haven't noticed, he's not exactly like most rabbits." She motioned to his pink hued fur. "But he doesn't even move when I want him too. It's pitiful." She took a carrot out of her bag and started feeding it to Bob.

October just sighed. "The color of his fur has to do with genetics," she said. "Bunnies don't dance, no matter how their fur is colored." Annie was really insane. Or maybe she was just hyper... either way, it was scary.

"So, do you go to Starlight Academy?" she asked, attempting to change the subject.

Annie disagreed. But she didn't say anything else on that subject.

"Yep. Do you?" She asked. She sat down on the rock she had been sitting on before.

Annie nodded. "Yeah. It's nice. Do you?" She replied. She actually didn't have that many friends; two to be exact(Unless Jira was counted, but considering he'd tried to kill her almost, he didn't count.). But she had only been at the school a short while.

October shrugged, sitting down on a rock herself now. "I guess. Mixed emotions. It gets depressing after a while..." she said with a sigh, resting her chin in her hands. Good things and bad things happened there... she wasn't one to complain, really, though. "How long have you been going there?"
