Minx was usually happy to be given free food, whatever it was, but she definitely preferred her meat raw. Plus the other fae wasn't whining about silly things like biting the heads off of rodents in public or only being able to hunt in certain places. The fae still didn't understand why she wasn't allowed to put ketchup on squirrels in a fast food restaurant, even though the ketchup came from the restaurant and humans ate food there. The classes she was forced to take weren't helping much either.
This fae seemed a lot more sensible than most people she had met so far, but then she wasn't sure she had met another fae yet. There had been one woman that didn't seem to like her much, but other than that she hadn't interacted much with anyone other than her boyfriend, girlfriend, and the police. And she really didn't get along much with the police.
Minx had actually eaten before she wandered off into the Forbidden Forest and had mostly been chasing squirrels for the fun of it when the fae girl had started chasing her. The running around had used up enough energy that she had wanted some food, but she was already full enough that the rabbit filled her up again, and she was content.
Usually, when Minx was content she'd go into mink form and try to get people to pet her, but she didn't think that would work with this girl. Mostly because the girl had tried to eat her in mink form, but also because she didn't seem the cuddly type. The fae was getting a little bored. She still felt no need for complicated introductions, but she did want to do something other than lying around. "You live here? You have fun here? Not eating fun?"
