Jira's eyes shut and then shot open blood sprouting threw the tiles leaving her no where to stand, "I only needed you thats why I kept you alive. I could kill you this second if I wanted to, And I agree...it is the same as slavery I am used to not having my own will as it is." He said the blood this time didn't subside almost like he was getting ready to rid of Cordelia...this took a lot of energy to pull this much dead blood but he knew her weakness just force her to take it. "Now leave or I swear I will kill you" He said not looking at her as he said it

He looked back at the other vampire before looking back at Cordelia, "You have 5 seconds to decide." He began, "5" He started not making a move with the blood yet.

The elder's eyebrows furrowed slightly with her eyes took a cold touch. A grim smile settled on her lips.

''ENOUGH.'' she told the both of them, letting the order use her call.

She expected them to stop, her fury being quickly raised form its resting place.

''You are both bickering like an old married couple.'' She told them cooly. ''If you do not stop acting like overgrown prideful children now, you will find my irritation to be the least of your concern.''

There was a not so hidden threat in her words, one threat she would not hesistate to enforce upon both vampires. She found their behavior appaling, such were not the words that went through her head no, the words she used were much more descriptive in the destruction and maiming she would indulge in.

A small diabolical grin stretched lazily on her lips, though the other features of her face remained emotionless, alerting the two younger vampire of exactly how much she would put in for the purpose of their punishment and how serious she was.

''A loyalty bond is not slavery, you can do as you please unless it would betray or hurt the one you are loyal to. In other words, you are essentially free, except for a few restrictions.'' She supplied in an icy tone. ''I am not and never will be into slavery, you'd do well to remember that.''

Although torture wasn't something she usually wallowed into, she would be able to do that with a straight face without much problem in their case. They were infuriating, indulging in bickering as they were. Her patience had its limits even if she had enough patience to last though centuries, in the two young vampires' case, she decided she would meke an exception.

Cordelia rolled her eyes when blood shot up through the tiles. He was such a violent child... didn't he realize that none of this scared her in the least? Even if it was dead blood, it had no affect on her, and she wouldn't change what she said just because of the fledgling. "You should know by now you don't scare me, kid," she said, being extremely calm. "Never have, never will. Get used to it. Your little threats don't have me shaking in my boots, so it's worthless to even try."

''ENOUGH.''

The twenty-year-old immediately looked at the elder. Just the tone of Rayana's voice had made the younger one uneasy. Not frightened, no, it was rare that something or someone actually got the chance to scare her. It had only made her uncomfortable.

''If you do not stop acting like overgrown prideful children now, you will find my irritation to be the least of your concern.''

More threats? The woman rolled her eyes again; she couldn't help but to do so. None of this was scaring her. Sure, Rayana was older than her, but that didn't make her special or anything. The widow hadn't respected her before, so why respect her now? Rolling her eyes probably hadn't been the wisest thing to do, but, Rayana was right — she could act just like and over-prideful child at times. Oh, well, though.

She merely nodded, since she didn't exactly feel like getting beaten. However, she felt the strong urge to make a comment. "Jira started it..." she said quietly, again acting like a child, since she had laid the blame upon the youngest of the three in the room.

''I am not and never will be into slavery, you'd do well to remember that.''

Yes, victory was hers! Jira had gotten yelled at as well! Cordelia almost smirked, and it showed, but her lips didn't move at all, and she made sure not to let any sort of emotion cross her face. She glanced at Jira before glancing back to Rayana, remaining silent, since she still didn't feel like getting hurt.

Jira merely looked toward her and waited, "Well are you going to do what you said? Or do I have to do something to earn it." He said looking at the older vampire coldly now completely ignoring Cordelia like she was nothing but trash that has been used up and no longer needed. In fact he seemed more obedient to the elder then to Cordelia at this point.

(*Feels like cackling and plotting evilly as well as rubbing her hands in glee, does just that* Mwahahahaha!)

Rayana simply raised an eyebrow at Cordelia's comment and roll of the eyes, at least she had gotten her to shut her petty mouth up. The vampire elder picked her legs from the desk where she had placed them not too long before then getting up from her resting position in the chair. She nearly stretched, but thought against it, not that she really cared of what they would think, she simply didn't find her muscles tense enough to need a stretch.

"Well are you going to do what you said? Or do I have to do something to earn it." the blood melder asked.

''My my, impatient aren't we...?'' She drawled. ''Be careful though, you might be hyper for a few hours after you drink my blood.''

Dusting non-existant dust from her leather coat, she bent down and drew a knife from a spot hidden in one of her boots. Without flinching, she cut the skin of her wrist, deep enough to draw blood but not enough for her to bleed dry. As soon as the knife finished cutting her wrist, thick inky black blood flowed from the wound. The elder did a few rotations and flexings of her wrist to encourage the wound to bleed more.

''Well, what are you waiting for?'' She asked him.

Of course. He just decided to ignore her. Cordelia rolled her eyes, not going to say anything to him. If he didn't talk to her, why should she attempt to speak to him? It didn't bother her at all. She watched Rayana as she spoke, and almost laughed at her saying Jira might become hyper. The woman didn't do so, though, even though it was something quite hard to imagine.

When the elder cut her wrist and allowed the blood to spill, she sighed, finally coming to her decision. Jira was more obedient to Rayana than to his own maker, she didn't like Rayana, and the twins that had also been offered to join the coven were idiots. Besides, Cordelia didn't care to be surrounded by too many men at a time. "I need more time to think about whether I'm joining this coven or not," she said. There was only so much of these people she would be able to take. Even if she joined just for the sake of annoying them, it would get old eventually. She did better on her own, anyway, she didn't need a group to protect her. She never had, and she never would.

"I'll get back to you when I decide. Farewell." And with that, Cordelia walked toward the door, but turned to Rayana one last time before exiting. "Oh, and by the way? Good luck getting him to listen to you forever. He probably won't. He'll probably just get what he wants from you and leave."

After she had finally finished speaking, the widow left the room, not bothering to close the door all the way behind her.

Jira said nothing to her but from his darkened face where white shining fangs which began to dig into the blood and as he did his eyes grew a more illuminate and darker red, he wouldn't go hyper but just use his powers in his own way as he continued to drink he felt his own blood boil feeling stronger and stronger!

She nodded to Cordelia when she departed, a simple ''Be sure to give me and answer soon though.'' was the good bye she gave.

The childe didn't wait before latching into her wrist, the blood freely given binding both for life, the younger vampire would forever be in her debt. She could feel the start of the unidirectional bond from him to her, a small smirk graced her lips but was gone almost before it appeared.

The black haired woman let him drink for a while more until she could feel it was enough for now.

''Let go, you have had enough.'' She said to him in a subtle order. ''You never told me your name, childe.''

She didn't attempted to pry her wrist out of his mouth, if only because it would tear an even bigger wound, but as well it would be more painful than for him to just cease his biting of her wrist. He would obey or she would make him, which she would have no difficulty doing.

He stopped near right away and looked up at her a glowing blood could be seen hitting in the floor and in a sudden instance it cut threw the tiles and added into the ground...he was storing it into a new container...the earth itself...he wondered what other abilities he had now gained...however it would be impossible to tell now...but he was happy that a collection had started. "Jira." He responded just as loyal as he was before, "And I accept your offer to join your coven." He said a moment after.

She brought her wrist to her lips, licking the spare blood that was still flowing from her damaged skin. The skin knitted itself back together tendrils of pure white skin searching each other over the apparent muscles and nerves. It covered everything, leaving a faint pink scab that would heal over in the hour.

''Jira hey?'' She said. ''I'm Rayana.''

Simple and to the point, there was not need to be all formal about it.

''I have a manor in the city, Montgomery Manor on the St-Alexander road. If you need shelter, the door is not locked though it might be dusty, I haven't lived there in about two hundred years, it should still be standing and in good order though.'' She said.

She then smiled a small, but true smile, the first one she had had in a long time. the reason she had chosen not to bring either Caitlin or Allie there was because it was too formal for a family home and there wasn't any of her properties near the school so she had made another home.

''It will be the 'base of operation' of the coven.'' She then added making derisive quote gestures around the words base of operation.
