Coven plottings.

Jira nodded signaling Cordelia to stay...he didn't want her to come out with them he wanted to be alone to see if he could get an answer to something without anyone coming in the way of his request no matter how unfair it was for him. Jira stepped threw the doorway a few secounds after he told Cordelia to wait hoping she would listen for a change.

He waited until they were far enough down the hall not really caring if Cordelia heard or not, "I wanted to ask if you could make me stronger then I am now, strong enough to kill someone named Darci. If you can do this for me I will not only join your coven but I will become your slave." He said to her wondering if the centuries old vampire would know of someone like that...but when Jira was bested so easily by someone who didn't even use their maximum power...was a disgrace to himself.9

When the boy vampire talked to Ronlyn, he quickly went to his feet, and anger flared up in his eyes, and his hand went to his dagger and he pulled it half-way out, and green blackish liquid dripped from it, and it was obviously poison. His wings seemed to twitch slightly, they sometimes do when he is very, very angry.

None of them would know what type of poison this is, it wasn't made anywhere, only his father and his followers knew how to make, and it was poison that could kill a vampire, old or young, it could even kill him if he stabbed himself with it, but he trained with a dagger, for when the time was right to kill his brother, but he wanted to drive it into the other boy vampire or the elder, even his brother. They all got on his nerve.

Gritting his teeth, he let the dagger go and it slid back into it's scabbard, though, anger was still in his eyes.

"I wanted to ask if you could make me stronger then I am now, strong enough to kill someone named Darci. If you can do this for me I will not only join your coven but I will become your slave."

The older vampire stiffened nearly visibly although her strides never faltered. She turned her covered stare to the younger vampire for a moment looking thoughtful. As quickly as it came, her gaze was back foreward, her hand not leaving the wall where she had left it, making sure she didn't apear to be walking drunkenly from wall to wall.

''Why would you do that? You would forfeit your life to me to do as I please.'' She asked quietly. ''What happened for her death to be worth a life of slavery for you?''

She never turned to him, it was nearly as if she hadd simply pondered those questions to herself. She let her senses guide her towards a place in the lower parts of the school, where light wouldn't hurt as much, where there would be an empty classroom to talk privately into. Her hand encountered a door, one she found unlocked.

The scent of old dust and unused paper was nearly intoxicating. Repressing a small sneeze, she entered, her coat swishing behind her. She immediately saw that there weren't any windows in it because the shadows were much darker than even in the hallway.

''CLose the door behind you will you?'' She called to the vampire that was the last of their little group.

There were a couple of desks scattered around, with a larger one at the front, even if she didn't see them. There was a large dust covered black board on the front, with old scribblings of an old class that had taken place long ago.

She walked up front, following the wall to her side to avoid bumping into any of the desks, that would be disgraceful. When it was time, she turned and sat at the teacher's chair, wiping discreetly the dust off of it beforehand. she didn't really fancy having to get it off her clothes.

She raised her hands to the back of her head and untied the cloth that was over her eyes. It fell away and she folded it neatly before placing it in one of her many pockets. She opened her eyes to look at them for the first time.

They were black, but not simply because her irises were black, but because her pupils were so open that she had to protect her eyes from the light. If the meager light caught her eyes right, the bottom of her eyes would reflect it back, showing just how open her eyes were. Hence the blindfold, she didn't fancy becoming blind any time soon.

''What if I knew a way?'' she asked Jira.

Cordelia blinked when Jira signaled for her to stay. However, unlike what he had wanted, she didn't listen — because, really, since when did this young vampire listen? She continued walking, and actually quickened her pace in an attempt to annoy her fledgling.

"... If you can do this for me I will not only join your coven but I will become your slave."

'''Why would you do that? You would forfeit your life to me to do as I please. .... What happened for her death to be worth a life of slavery for you?''

The woman hissed loudly upon hearing what Jira said. Oh, she wouldn't allow her fledgling to give up his life and become a slave! Especially a slave to Rayana, of all people. She blinked when Rayana actually refused... well, refused in a way. Even so, Cordelia still wanted to yell at him. "YOU IDIOT!!" she growled in a loud voice at him. "Why would you become a slave?! Are you so mindless that you need someone to obey?! Get a mind of your own and stop always having to depend on others orders!" By the time she had finished walking, she had caught up to him, and was steaming with anger.

The woman followed both Rayana toward wherever she was going to, unsure of their exact destination, but not going to say anything. She entered the room after the older vampire, not closing the door since she was second in the room. Either Jira could close it or someone else could, but she wasn't. She wasn't anyone's maid.

She didn't bother to sit down, and instead remained standing.

''What if I knew a way?''

Even though the question hadn't been hers to answer, the widow did so anyway. "It doesn't MATTER! I will NOT stand here and allow him to become your SLAVE! He has a life and he will NOT be giving it up, so forget about it!" she hissed at Rayana, not just going to stand to the side and watch as Jira threw his life away for this heartless older vampire.

Jira merely glared back, "You will stay there and shut up." He said as his eyes glinted for a second revealing his blood lusted powers but only for a second getting better with them as suddenly 4 walls of dead blood came to surround her

"Because I am used to it and my life has been taken in a way that I do not want or need it anymore, so why not just gamble it." He said not going to be her slave until Darci was dead...which would mean that he would need a lot of power...

He didn't know if the other 2 were going to follow as well not wanting to be left alone...but that didn't matter to him...If they got in his way he would merely teleport with Rayana, "And what is this way you know of." He asked the taller vampire, Cordelia would have slight chances to jump away from his powers but the more she fought the more he would fight back.

She nearly could feel the anger rolling off of the 20 years old vampire, which simply didn't bother her that much, she was sure there were better vampires around that she could ensnare in her coven.

The elder vampire simply raised an eyebrow at the two vampires' antics. Wondering for a second, she then carefully placed a small smirk on her lips. A small sour taste came in her mouth, youth these days, they had no respect for each other and even less for their elders.

''Shall I marry you both before you kill each other? Make love not war, ring any bell?'' She asked, a small ring of amusement to her words.

"And what is this way you know of." the blood melder asked.

''It is a process called blood enhancing, in other words, I will allow you to take some of my blood each day, and it will change you chemistry like you were to be turned again and again, except my blood will age you in vampire years, thus making you more powerful than you should be at your age.'' She replied simply. ''In return, it will form a loyalty bond from you to me, ensureing you will not kill me after drinking my blood to become more powerful.''

She leaned back into her chair, arms crossing behind her head.

''The more powerful you will get is about the power of a vampire half my age, which is already considerable.'' She then added. ''1876 years old is not too bad an age. Plus, Its pretty close from the Elder line, which is 2001 years, at that age you become an elder.''

Frowning slightly at the other vampire, she then adressed her a few words.

''I would not take on a slave if I can, except if it is to save a life. But it seems that in the situation we find ourselves in I do not have much of a choice if I decide to help him kill this Darci person.''

Cordelia easily dodged his attack, and her dark eyes narrowed at his order to her. "Last time I checked, I was the one that turned you. You might want to learn how to hold your tongue, Jira, before I really hurt you, and I won't be afraid to do so. Why did I even turn you in the first place? You're only disrespectful and disobedient to me, when all I've tried to do is give you a new life," she explained. Her voice had a dangerous, threatening tone to it; she wasn't going to be able to take much more of Jira's attitude.

''Shall I marry you both before you kill each other? Make love not war, ring any bell?''

The woman couldn't stop herself from gagging. "Oh, PLEASE! Like I would marry him. He's a horrible little fledgling, I'm beginning to lose my patience with him," she told the elder. "Besides, it's not like I'M being mean to him. He's the one trying to attack me with blood powers." She rolled her eyes, sighing.

''In return, it will form a loyalty bond from you to me, ensureing you will not kill me after drinking my blood to become more powerful.''

"So, I guess that means he won't have my blood running in him anymore if he has yours?" Cordelia asked, an eyebrow raising slightly. "And he's already powerful enough as it is. I don't think he needs anymore power than he has. Such a power-hungry little boy...." Again, the woman sighed, and looked at Jira. "What am I going to do with you?"

''I would not take on a slave if I can, except if it is to save a life. But it seems that in the situation we find ourselves in I do not have much of a choice if I decide to help him kill this Darci person.''

"Well, you could always give him your blood and NOT make him your slave, couldn't you?" the widow suggested.

Cordelia then turned back to Jira to reply to his earlier statement about no longer needing or wanting his life. "Yeah, well you know what? You might actually be able to change. But go on ahead, dwell on the past, become mindless like you used to. You're just WEAK like that," she said, her voice taking on the same tone as it had when she had been talking to him before.

"Tell me Cordelia...if you could always win against me, why haven't you, you always say you can but for once I would like to see you try." He said before merely rolling his eyes at her life comment...he didn't want or need one in his opinion. He was stronger and her weak comment almost made him even more angry. "Just hurry up and explain what else you get a life bond probably isn't it." He gritted his teeth in waiting

She raised and eyebrow to the other female, as if she was asking if the other was quite finished ranting. There were more important things for her to do instead of waiting there for her to finish, like getting a good hot bath or a few liters of blood.

''Of course not, its not like I will drink his blood, there is no way he would become my 'fledgeling'.'' She snorted. ''I'd have to bleed him dry to do so.''

"Well, you could always give him your blood and NOT make him your slave, couldn't you?" the widow suggested.

''I could, but I don't think he cares either way.'' The elder replied gesturing discreetly to Jira.

"Just hurry up and explain what else you get a life bond probably isn't it." The only man in the room said gritting his teeth in waiting.

''You are right, the loyalty bond isn't everything there is to know about the enhancing.'' She answered. ''You will never be able to betray me in actions or in talk. If you accept the bond, it will change your life and you will not be able to get out of it for the rest of your days.''

''Marks, sort of like a tattoo will appear on your wrist and neck telling of your alleigance (SP).'' She then added.

Having finished talking, she closed her eyes and put her feet on the desk in front of her, waiting for both vampire to resolve their differences.

"Tell me Cordelia...if you could always win against me, why haven't you, you always say you can but for once I would like to see you try."

Cordelia laughed. "Well, you haven't beaten me in any of our little disputes as of now, now have you?" she reminded him. "Presicely. So, in a way, I've already won." She stuck out her tongue, knowing that was slightly immature, but who cared? The woman could be childish quite often, but she certainly didn't care, and she didn't care what anyone else thought of her, either.

''Of course not, its not like I will drink his blood, there is no way he would become my 'fledgeling'.''

"Well, that's good," the vampire said. He was her fledgling after all, she had turned him, and even the thought of someone else replacing his blood line annoyed her slightly.

''You will never be able to betray me in actions or in talk...."

At least he won't be able to betray one of us... the twenty-year-old thought to herself. He may have been her little fledgling, but she did think he was going to betray her one of these days. She glanced at Jira out of the corner of her eye, then looked back to Rayana.

Upon not hearing him reply to her comment about him being weak, she sighed. "What is this, Jira? No response? Is this because you know that what I say is the truth?" she asked, an amused smirk coming to her lips. "Are you admitting your weak?"
