"You're not that weird," Liney replies as she played with the grass beneath her feet. A fl0wer bloomed beneath her hand and she plucked it out, sending out a silent apology to the earth, soothing it with her touch, before giving the blossom to Kiyana. "I do weird things too,".

She looked at Vaughn and smiled before turning back to Kiyana, "Vaughn says there are weirder things to do than running around with flip flops on." She pauses and frowns at the small potted cactus, "I'm not telling her that." Another pause. "No." One more. "Fine." With a sigh, she gives the other girl a wry smile before continuing. "He says that that was just... stupid.

"Sorry. I mean, I'm sorry. Not him. He didn't say sorry even though he really should." She throws Vaughn a glare. "He really doesn't want to say sorry."

"You think so?" She questioned the girls statement, as she always knew, and thought that she was weird. She didn't care that she was though, as that was what she liked about herself in the first place, that she didn't really care what others thought of her. Nodding to herself, as thought if it was a good idea that this girl, and her friend, thought that. "I would have never thought someone would say that to me, but then again, that wasn't really anything compared to the things I have done."

Smiling at the girl, she grabbed the flower gently as it was passed to her. "Thanks." She thought it was a very sweet gesture, as no one had ever given her a flower. She was surprised to hear that Liney, also did weird things. "Oh?" She tilted her head a bit, but didn't ask about the subject anymore.

She darted her eyes towards Vaughn, looking at him as Liney explained what he was saying to her. As he continued, she began to wondered if this planet even liked her at all, as it seemed it was making fun of her weirdness. "Is that so?" She pondered on the thought for a second, as she wasn't sure how exactly she wanted to act towards the things he had said about her.

"I guess I have to work on it then?" She asked the plant, putting a finger up to her bottom lip as she looking up at the sky. "I never thought that my weirdness would need work." Leaning on her hand, she pondered the thought as she slowly moved her eyes towards the plant, letting her finger go down with her eyes.

"So, you think what I did was stupid?" She nodded again to herself, agreeing with the plant. "He is right, it was, but I don't care. Oh and no need to apologize." She smiled and put her hands in a ball on her right leg. "It's not like i could hear him so it wouldn't mean all that much right?" She leaned her head over and looked at the plant sideways. "I'm sure you've done some weird things too right?" She said, as she tried to ask the plant a simple question.

Caroline looked to Vaughn as she mediated between Kiyana and him. Nodding to him to show that she got what he said, he turned to Kiyana sheepishly, "He says that he's never done anything weird in his life and he wouldn't be caught dead doing anything at all out of the ordinary." A pause. "He's a civilized being and his apparent superior intellect has greater things to do than waste it on anything weird."

With a sigh, Liney stopped translating altogether and fell back on the grass and stretched her limbs outward, trying to get all of the kinks in her joints out. She turns to Kiyana then, and asked when the thought rose to the front of her mind. She ignored Vaughn's ranting about interrupting him and how she couldn't be more infuriating that she'd stop translating.

"You work on your weirdness?" she asked, "That's new. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone having to work on their weirdness. How does that even go?"

Laughing loudly at the plants response, she shook her head happily at his response to her, even though it was not what she had expected. "Well, I guess that's okay, but it's hard to believe you have never done anything weird. Maybe you did and you just didn't say you did? Or maybe you don't remember?" Shaking her head, she rolled her shoulders and thought for a moment.

The question that Liney had just asked her, was one she had to think about, because as she thought about it, she wasn't sure if she had made any sense in what she had said. "Well...." She started, but then pondered on her response. "I guess you have to keep thinking that your weirdness, is what you are to others, so the weirder I am, the better I feel about being weird." She laughed as she knew that made no sense. "Sorry, I guess it only makes sense in my mind."
