Salal looked at the scene before her, and although she preferred to be cautious she also acknowledged now was not the time to hold back. She could see people in need of help. Salal turned to the others, her expression yet again serious.
"I am not certain if I can swim in these water, I stay on boat and help pull sailors up for now. I know how treat hypothermia and CPR, can help better here."
She declared, but also grabbed the largest size life preserver for herself in case she needed to go in the water to help. Salal headed to the crew of the boat, ready to help in any way she could.
Salal was also certain the sailors might be shaken up after getting on board, so hopefully Salal would be able to help calm them down.

Miraj took a quick moment to consider the situation. The closer boat should be fine for now. Even if the engines did burn out, it should still be able to float. And if the rescue crew focused on rescuing the people in the water and the others on the capsizing, then the first crew would be able to focus on their own boat.

"I can handle this water. I will go for those sailors in the sea. " He announced before diving off. Once in the water, he removed his charm, growing out to his full 17 feet, and placing the bracelet in an inner pocket of his pants. Then he began to swim towards the group of sailors, transforming his legs into a vortex to get there quicker.

The moment the boat stopped Altizica put up his bones, stretched, and walked to the edge of the boat. “I’ll try to deal with the capsized boat. If even I can’t keep it from sinking to the depths I’ll at least slow it down and let anyone on the boat have a safer time getting off.” Alt leaped into the water in his full abomination form and began to swim. His arms shifted to be more paddle like to try and help swim through the current and towards the near capsized boat.

"I'll try to locate anyone whom has gone overboard and help swim them back here." announced Arnaaluk as everyone else declared their rescue intentions. She took a few steps back on the boat, then sprinted off the deck and dove into the water. As her body broke the surface of the water, her form shifted into that of tattooed killer whale and swam off into the direction of the capsizing ship.

Even with the chaos all going on around her, with their echolocation they were able to make some of the crew whom where trying to to stay above the water's surface... and who was sinking. Arna know her priorities and swam down to the sinking fisherman to push him back up to the surface. Break a the water a few of the sailor on the surface gawked at her sudden appearance but a few friendly nudges got the message through that she was here to help.

With three fisherman holding onto her back and delicately balancing the unconscious fisherman atop her snout, Arna swims back to the rescue boat. While there was a an urgent need to go as fast as possible, Arna had to temper it with need to keep a steady pace so that none of the fisherman she is carrying slip off her back during the taxi. When she finally does get close to the rescue boat she shifts back to her humanoid form and carries each fisherman up and over the railing.

"Last one! Check they are still breathing! I think they swallowed up a lot of water." she yelled to Salal as as she hands over the final fisherman over before she having to swim back to the scene of the disaster.

There was in fact quite a bit going on. For one, the boat that was in tact was actually caught on a mass of coral that was never there before. The near capsized ship looked like it had been attacked by... something. The waters were also teeming with unfamiliar sea creatures. The currents in the area were also unusual.

It was at that point that the ocean seemed to react, pulling the near capsized boat further away with frantic sailors still on it. More coral seemed to grow in a manner that would hamper efforts for anyone else to get near it.

"We need to get everyone off of that boat, yesterday!" the captain barked as a couple crew members moved front and center. One went to assist the rescued sailors, the other approached the captain. And they both went to Arnaluuk. The captain called Salal, over as well.

"Sera here is telekinetic, but that boat is slipping out of range. We need to get her and a raft out there in enough time to hold that boat in place, while we rescue the remaining crew," He turned to Salal. "I want you to ride with them as well, we need as many hands assisting with this as possible. Save your strength until you get there."

The captain then sent a telepathic message to Miraj and Altizica, Gather up the remaining crew as quickly as possible, we're sending a raft out for you.

Salal didn't give herself time to stop. She did what she could; readied blankets for the chilled sailors for once they got on-board, assisted in whatever the crew needed help with, observed the situation with the other volunteers and boats(it didn't look good for the boat that wasn't capsized) and stood by awaiting for the others to bring in any sailors. Arnaluuk was the first one to bring in victims, four in total. As soon as Arnaluuk brought them over Salal received the unconscious one, falling into practiced routine. She checked their breathing, finding it a bit laboured. There was some water in their lungs. Salal got to work; she pressed her hands firmly against the sailor's chest, did several firm pumps and then blew some air into their lungs. Immediately Salal felt their body convulse, and she had just enough time to turn the sailor to their side as they vomited out water, breathing heavily. Salal rubbed some slaw, calm circles against their back, hoping it would calm their rapidly beating heart.

Salal had just given the sailor a blanket and was about to go check on the others, when the captain called Salal over. She went over immediately, and listened to the briefing yet again. Salal nodded automatically as she was given an order, and nodded to this Sera person as well.
"I do what I can, best I can."
She assured and gave a small smile to show that she was calm. Which she was. And whenever Arnaluuk and Sera were ready to go Salal would follow them to the raft and head towards the ship that was pulling away. Salal knew little about the sea and sailing, but even she could tell that what was happening with the coral was far from normal.

Miraj arrived in good time, and fortunately the sailors he found were conscious. Though one was just barely so. Ignoring modesty, he held the semi-conscious man close to his chest with one arm, while helping two more onto his back with the other. He was strong enough to carry more, but he was built to swim underwater, not be a boat. He didn't think he'd be able to keep afloat with more people on him. Two sailors remained.

Miraj thought he could take one more with a second arm and swim with only two arms free. "I'll have to leave one of you behind." One of the remaining sailors spoke up saying they could handle the cold for longer. So Miraj scooped the other up. He got the message just before he left and reassured the man, "A raft is on its way. "

Even loaded down, Miraj made good time back to ship with the four rescued sailors. He wasn't sure whether he was supposed to return to the ship or just put them on the raft, but they were both in the same direction anyway.

Altizica saw the boat start to move away from them and immediately though Excuse me, the fuck? before trying to swim even harder than before to catch up, they certainly were having more trouble than Miraj at it. Altizica eventually did make it however and gripped onto the final sailor left behind, wordlessly lifting them above the water with a newly grown appendage and swimming with their paddle like arms. Alt was not having any of this right now and if found whatever or whoever was doing this crap, Alt was likely going to punch it in whatever would be the equivalent to it’s face.

Arnaaluk was just about ready to swim her way back to the sinking boat when the captain called her over. With people in danger was this really the time for her to be interrupted? But she could only assume that this matter was of the upmost importance so she listened in a the captain gave her and Salal new orders.

They were both to board a raft and escort Sera, their telepath, to get within range of the ship. While an important task, was it safe to take a mere raft in this precarious weather with everything going on? Maybe not but if something were to happen in transit Arna knew that both Sera and Salal will need to depend on her to keep them safe.

"Well let us all get going then before these seas become even more treacherous."

With that said Arnaaluk, she boarded onto the raft with Sera and Salal, eager to get back to the action.

It seemed the volunteers had managed to gather up all the crew from the sinking ship. At this point, Sera utilized her own telekinetic abilities to stabilize the raft, and lift the crew members, and volunteers on if they allowed it. At this point, with a full raft, they could head back to the rescue ship. The crew of the stranded vessel was being taken care of by the crew of the rescue ship.

As they moved away the volunteers would notice the sinking ship being pulled into the depths by an inexplicable whirlpool. Sera did manage to steady them as they made their way back. There were still strange fish swimming around the boat, albeit harmless ones. Regardless, they had mostly accomplished what they had set out to do. The crew of the ships were safe.
