Whisp had woken up a incredibly late, with the constant snowfall and tempture things were starting to feel more like home. She had slept peacefully and apparently more than she had meant too. Quickly getting ready and putting her present for Liam in a bag she skated all the way to his dorm. She was careful not to bump into anyone as she speed towards her destination. Stopping at his door to put herself together slightly she knocked lighlty and waited for an answer.

“Hey Liam” she said smiling brightly and hugged him before he stepped away and then walked in. She nodded in appreciation to the snacks, she still hadn’t grown to like candy and other sweet things. Pretzels however were her favorite, eapecially the soft ones you got at the mall. “Merry Christmas, this my first year celebrating it, we just normally celebreate the winter solatice back home.” She was a bit nervous about this whole thing. From the movies and things she’d found out, gift exchange was a very intimate things amongst friends. She hoped she hadnt gotten the wrong gift.

“How’s the weather treating you, I understand there was also a full moon coming up.”

Whisp smiled and nodded “Dont stress yourself out too much, im sure it’ll be fine.” She shrugged off her small jacket and set down over her purse. She looked around at the dorm, it was bad. She might have to move out and stay in a dorm if living with her sister was so bad.

“Oooh! Yes gifts.” She excitedly held hers out to Liam, she had put a lot of thought into his gift. To be honest she had also seen a bunch of commericals about dunking oreos. She had gotten him 20 packs of assorted oreo flavors and an ultimate dunking set. It came with a glass with a oreo holder attacked to to hold six oreos and a tongue to hold the oreo to dunk. “I hope you like it, I don’t really know what guys like.”

Whisp nodded excitedly and sat on The couch and crossed her legs.”You said something about picking hunting territory? Are you worried about fighting, I definitely agree the moon clinic is best.” She started to unwrap her gift, she would of course pretend to like whatever it was in he got her. She was brought up to have manners and didn’t want to hurt her knew friends feelings. That besaid when she opened the case containning the necklace a huge smile graced her features.

“Oh my gosh, I love it!” She practically skated over to liam to hug him. “It’s so pretty, ill definitely wear it all the time.” She liked the snowflake charm most of all. It was cute enough to match with all her outfit choices. “Now I kinda wish i had gotten you something better.” She frowned a bit looking at the package that contained her gift. Maybe she wasn’t doing Christmas right.

Whisp smiled brightly she glad she hadn’t messed up her attempt at gift giving. Things were alot easier when you knew someone for a long time. “I’m thrilled you like it. Could you help me put my necklace on?” She asked handing him the box. She was sure it would’ve been simple to do herself but it meant more when the giver helped.

“Im definitely gonna miss hanging with you when I visit back home. But ill text you and maybe send you a picture of a snowman.” She kinda wished her family was more opened to non-dragons. She didnt know how to explain to her parens the new friends she’d made.
