Dalia watched the others doing their various things: Bel taking the first attempt at the flips, Sprinkles leading the stretches, the stretches themselves. That blue haired girl was pretty flexible. No. Dalia shook her head a bit and focused once again on the task ahead of her.

Her own task had changed, so she turned around to appropriately do what she was told. It took her several flips to reach the line that Aisha had set, but each one was executed fairly standardly. Up until the last one, at least, when her desire to showboat and show Aedes up even more flared up again. As Dalia fell onto her hands, she held her ankles together and lowered herself before pushing up as hard as she could off of the ground.

She leapt skyward, a good thirty feet straight up into the air. She flipped backwards once at the top of her jump and then landed hard in a kneeling three point landing, sending a small shock of pain through her joints but otherwise being unharmed. Standing up with a small smirk, Dalia turned first to the girls doing their stretched and blew a kiss, then to Aisha to see what the cheer captain thought.

Sprinkles led the two through three more stretches: the child pose, hamstring pose, and sphinx pose.

Halfway through their final stretch, Sprinkles became distracted by Dalia launching herself high into the air. He was impressed... until she did a super-hero landing. Sprinkles was aware that a normal human would have been hurt doing that, so he ended up cringing in pain. At least seemed well as she blew Sprinkles' group a kiss, in which Sprinkles responded with a thumbs up before resuming his stretch.

When all three of them were done, he stood up and looked over the two girls. "Hopefully you two are doing better! Don't feel bad if you still need more of a break. Remember, we all work at a different pace."
