Darn, she really was drunk... Oh, she hoped she wasn't embarrassing herself. Pollyanna looked down, her fingers gently rubbing a temple where her head began to hurt a little bit. Her body was already a fragile thing as it was. The last thing she needed was to do harm to it in ways she could avoid outright. Gave her a longer lifespan, and she was already terrified of how short it would be living a healthy lifestyle. As great as it felt being human with someone else she had to keep herself grounded to the fact that she was the byproduct of a failed experiment. She should have been terminated a long time ago. By the hands of someone else, or by her own body giving up on her.
But she didn't want to think of this. These were scary thoughts that kept her up at night. She was finally living a life she wanted and she didn't want it to be shattered before her eyes. Not now, not ever. But as she looked to her date she had to be faced with reality that there would always be something that set them different from the rest. Tellios was shaking, and Pollyanna looked terribly worried.
"Tellios?" She asked, but watched as his eyes flickered black, to which she assumed that he was being told to do something robot-y in his head. At least, that was what it looked like. She ate the last bits of her salad as she watched. Her own vision was a bit blurry, but if she rubbed her eyes it would be okay. It ended as quickly as it came fortunately, which gave her a sigh of relief as she set out her hand to place it on top of his once more. Squeezing gently, as she looked genuinely concerned. "Are... You alright? What happened?" She asked, her dazed stare easing up softly in her worry. He looked like he was fine. He had little bouts of him doing more robotic things. She didn't understand it personally, but she of course didn't mind either. As long as he was safe, he could do as he pleased.
But he went back to normal quickly soon after. Her smile returned as her hand withdrew. Shaky, but that was because of her own condition. Gah, she wished she wasn't drunk. It would be so much easier to understand what was going on. "Haha, you got it... From now on I'll be careful with drinks and stuff. I.... I want to enjoy all of our dates... In the least... Non-fuzzy way possible. If... Does that make sense?" She asked both him in herself, as she futilely tried to get herself together. But as she reached to drink the water she had, Tellios pieced together the rest of their date. Walk a bit, curl up and watch a movie, and....
What did he say?
He wanted to join their sides of the dorm? They had been separated this whole time and now... They could join them at last. It would be much more spacious that way, at least so she thought. But it would be interesting to see how vastly different the two halves would be. One painted completely black and purposed for more analytical stuff, the other covered in a mural and had pieces of art and random things she collected from outside. And they'd come together, just like they did. It wasn't such a big deal in the grand scheme of things, really, but it meant a lot personally to her.
"I think.. All of that is absolutely wonderful." She declared with a smile, the expression bright and eager. "Really. And besides, both of us could use the space. We're.. Boyfriend and girlfriend, so I guess we don't really need the divide anymore." She poked down to her food, and finished it in a few bites. All of this was great... Almost like a dream. She put down her fork. Taking a drink from her water. "So, whenever you're ready, I'll be more than happy to do all of that with you."
