<div align=center>William took a moment to sit up again, "mmf, who is it?" He mumbled, running a hand through his hair, it was messed up and stuck up on end, you could tell he'd been sleeping. It took a little while for him to realize who it was, the boy blinked, and tilted his head to one side, "oh," he smiled a little, and yawned, "hi, Gabriel." William hadn't really expected him, he'd vanished again for a couple of days, Bill had been irritated about it, Gabriel kept saying things to him that made him sound like he considered him a little more than a friend, then disappeared for what seemed like so long. William's brow creased at the thought, he looked annoyed all of a sudden.

"This is my dorm." He muttered, bristling all of a sudden, though I'm not sure if you could call me your friend. If he was going to hit on him every time they spoke, he could at least have made a little more effort to talk to him in between the times when he was bored, his scowl deepened a little more. His attention flickered back to Micheal, he'd been comfortable curled up against him, and warm at that. "You woke us up." He sounded bitter.</div>

"Hi," Gabe chirped. "I was just gonna call for you to see if you wanted to hang out, 'cause I haven't seen you the past couple of days and I didn't want you to think I'd forgotten about you or anything of that sort, I was just real busy." He laughed nervously.

"I thought that it was, though I was worried I got it confused for a minute," Gabe frowned, "you didn't tell me you had a roommate?" He couldn't help but feel a little jealous, he would have liked to be William's roommate.

"Oh, did I?" Gabriel muttered, " sorry, I didn't think you'd be asleep at this time."

We were tired., Michael thought, turning his back to Gabriel, his wings blocking the view of the room, before he crashed in bed beside William, snuggling into the pillow. 'So we slept.', he mumbled, for once actually using his voice instead of thoughts, but what good had that brought? It was just one sentence out of three. What's so strange about that?

He refrained from hugging William like a giant teddy-bear again only by hugging the other pillow instead, bringing his wings
closer, and over him, as if he was asking him if he wanted a blanket.

<div align=center>William purred softly, he had half a mind to curl back up next to Micheal and fall asleep again, though he'd been in that position for the last few hours, he wasn't exactly sure how long it had been. He ran his hand a short way across Micheal's wing, the feathers were soft and they felt good to touch. He remained there for a moment, before pushing himself to his hands and knees and crawling to the end of the bed, giving Micheal an affectionate pat on the head as he went, for good measure. "Funny, that," Bill yawned, cupping his hand over his mouth as he did so, "I could have sworn you'd said that wouldn't happen again..." He cocked an eyebrow up, he had perched himself on the end of the bed and was leaning back on his hands, still staring idly up at Gabriel.

He didn't know why Gabriel was bothered that he had a room mate, he thought everyone did, or almost everyone, at least. Bill stretched, trying to rid the sleep from his brain, the boy felt Gabriel's pang of jealousy, which caused his scowl to return to his face, he didn't have a right to be jealous, he hadn't even bothered to talk to him for that long again, that's what had made William irritated the first time, though he remembered what happened when Gabriel got angry, and shrunk backwards a few inches, he didn't want that to happen again, it had been scary. Though he had no doubt that Micheal would jump to his feet if it did end up happening, then again, he couldn't imagine the winged-boy even raising his voice, letalone fighting anyone, he couldn't help but wonder what it would be like, Micheal was so gentle.</div>

Gabe raised an eyebrow at Michael, he wasn't sure why he had said 'so we slept,' Gabe thought that the 'so' implied something yet he couldn't tell what as the boy hadn't said anything else. Gabriel was already beginning to feel frustrated by Michael's presence even though he couldn't tell why. He was usually fine seeing his friends with their roommates. But William was a different story.

"I-," Gabe started to make an excuse then stopped. He knew William didn't care for them. He had been busy in fairness but he didn't think that'd make a difference to William. "I'm sorry," he said begrudgingly. He felt himself flush momentarily, he hated how Bill was showing him up in front of Michael, he didn't like people making him out to be a bad person. "I didn't mean for it to."

Michael chuckled as he felt William's fingers against his feathers, it was a weird sensation, as nobody else had ever touched his wings before. He decided he liked it, though, and that he suddenly wanted more, thus, getting up, still chuckling as William pat him on the head, something that he, not so long ago, did for the younger boy.

As he got up he noticed how William changed in talking to his guest. He became less shy and somehow defensive, maybe even angry, but a bit scared. He could see it in the shiver that went down his body. He frowned. Was William hurt by this boy before?

He sat up, still looking at the other boy, somewhat of a dark look on his face. He never sought human contact of any kind so it was rare that he could get into a fight, almost impossible even, but now, he would gladly start one, if he would need to. He wanted William safe, and beside him, as he took his week long, and long deserved, nap.

So he moved, sitting beside William, the yawning and sleepiness temporarily forgotten. 'Will your friend be long, William?', he asked, his voice deep and rough from not being used for some time. His wings stood behind him as a shield, the feathers ruffled and his expression edgy.

<div align=center>William shrugged, and sighed lightly. He wasn't sure what else he'd been expecting of Gabriel, which was a shame. Bill had liked him so much at first, he'd been attached to him. It's said that absence makes the heart grow fonder, though unfortunately that wasn't the case for William, Gabriel's absence in fact made him frustrated, and confused him, William stood up, shuffling over to the mirror on the wall opposite him. He flattened his hair in it, and frowned a little at his reflection, he was paler than normal, he was definitely getting sick. "Of course you didn't," he muttered absently, his gaze flickering away from his reflection, and to the floor again.

He turned to look at Micheal when he spoke, shaking his head in reply to his question. "I don't know," he returned, it's a surprise he even remembered where my dorm was. He felt a little guilty for being so nasty to Gabriel all of a sudden, though it was an underlying sort of guilt, one that remained at the back of his head, and he didn't like the way it felt. He could feel Micheal's concern, and he appreciated it, though he didn't know how necessary it was. "It's alright, Micheal," he sighed, glancing back to him, "relax."</div>

Gabriel frowned at Michael's tone, he tried not to let his jealously show outright though. Instead he said, "I have a name you know," he didn't think he had told the boy his name, but William had greeted him by it, hadn't he? "It's Gabriel, by the way, and what is yours?" He added a smile at the end, to make his words seem more friendly. He had realised that he couldn't argue with Michael, as that would make William grow closer to Michael and further away from him and he didn't want that.

"Well," Gabe muttered, "I hadn't planned on leaving straight away." He shrugged, "I had hoped we'd go for a walk, I mean we still could, if you like? You both could come I mean...but if you were just sleeping then I can let you get back to that." He finished, trying not to sound desperate.

'Michael.', he said, focusing his eyes on Gabriel, as he read him unconsciously. His body said that he was jealous, though he tried to hide it, his eyes looking from him to William as if he was looking for something, and his seemed friendly on the outside, but he could see in the corners of his mouth that he probably wanted to frown. And in the end, he simply screamed: desperate. Why was William afraid of this boy? He closed his wings behind him still wishing for William to pet them again, so he kinda nudged him with the very tip of the right one.

I am always relaxed., he thought, so only William could hear him. Though you too seem to be not.

<div align=center>William shook his head a little, he was getting a mix of feelings from the two of them, he'd upset Gabriel and he could feel it, though Micheal was still bristling, and poor William was picking up on both of those things. His hand drifted to Micheal's wing again, petting it absently. He didn't want Gabriel to leave, something in the recesses of his mind made him want to grab him and keep him here, though the way Micheal was feeling made him wanted to scream at Gabriel, though he didn't deserve it, not entirely anyway. "It's alright," he mumbled, "he's not a bad guy." His voice had dropped a few tones.

William had woken up a little now, he didn't feel like he could go back to sleep, which was odd for him. His facial expression softened a little, poor Gabriel. His brow furrowed, he thought he was doing something nice. Bill let out a soft breath, and tilted his head at Gabriel, sitting back on the bed, "close the door?" He murmured, "you're letting out all the warmth." He punctuated the end of his sentence with a small smile, still absently petting Micheal's wing. His guilt had risen up, and it was obvious.</div>
