Ivana had adjusted rather nicely to the Island, of course she hadn't met anyone yet, but it was better than being back home. She loved how beautiful the island was, it was the perfect place to take pictures, it was the escape she had always been looking for, apart from her love of books. That would always be her greatest escape from the world.
Ivana was still lying on her bed when she decided she would visit the woods there had to be many photo opportunities there, right? Well, she was bound to find out. She quickly put on her black converse shoes, and glimpsed in the mirror. Her hair was a curly mess, but in the way she liked it, and she was wearing a plain black t-shirt with skinny jeans.
She grabbed her camera bag, and made her way out of her apartment door. She only had about a fifteen minute walk, but she was looking forward to capturing the forest with her camera.
As she came to the forests edge she almost turned around, the forest seemed almost deadly to enter. It was very eerie, but her curiosity won out, and she found herself walking further and further in. The farther she went, the more the forest came to life. It was truly a sight to see. She captured many pictures of wild flowers, trees, and the wild life.
A darker part of the forest came into view, and she wanted to capture all parts of the forest, so she ventured closer. She put the camera up to her eye to take a picture from a distance, and then she zoomed in and almost dropped it. She had seen a person in the distance, and turned on her heel to walk away.
