Can't Sleep

"Lexie did though,and so did Streak,and you act like it too!And now almost everyone I know hates me."Marine was almost to tears."The only person I can trust is Streak.The one who has never gotten mad and yelled at me:Streak.So mabye I should just leave!I have been rejected.I've got no where to go!No home.No family.I can't even trust me!You and Lexie can just be but..."She wispered this"Forget me.Everything.Nothing of me should be here.I should be with Streak.She is my family unlike you monsters.I just lost inside..."



Marine shrunk against the wall."Streak."she thought."I don't the energy to fly.Could you come and get me out of this death trap?"Marine thought anxoisly."Sure!I've have been longing to get out of this cave."Streak said in her mind.Marine saw a shape in the distance."Hurry!Jesse said if he saw you again he would kill you!"

"Don't Leave!"Marine called."You don't have to but if you want to..."Marine glanced up at Jesse.Streak was nearly here."Hurry,Streak,Hurry!"she thought.She was flying rather slowly and was about to fly over Jesse.

"What rumor?Just because of Streak dosen't mean that you have to hate ME!"Marine said."Streak don't you dare or I will saw your tail off!"She thought to Streak."Do you mean the secret I only told to one person?To Jesse's siser?Do you mean the rumor that everyone at the Academy is talking about?Do you mean the rumor you and Jesse made up about me and Han?In case you haven't heard:The walls have ears!"

She couldn't believe she just said everything about herself."Why don't you two just run off and leave everyone alone!"Streak was know at the bottom of the pit.Marine hopped on."Just leave...Go home.Forget here."She and Streak were hovering around in the air above Lexie and Jesse."Well,if you say he dosen't like her why does he act like it?"Streak screamed at Lexie.

"Wow!I never knew you could talk."Marine patted Streak."I did,didn't I?I just peiced together the words,and a sentence came out."Streak said.Marine still had tensions but they had thawed out,mostly."Oh,and Streak has trouble seeing sometimes.She thought you looked like a bear."Marine giggled and said"She says she is deeply sorry."Marine whispered to Streak"She somewhat does when the sun is in your eyes!"

Marine hadn't left though.She just kept on moving her eyes from Jesse to Lexie.She wasn't taking any chances.She was just hanging around.Waiting for someone to speak.

Jesse looked at Lexie. He knew that when her eyes were red, she was usually angry, frustrated, annoyed, or something along those lines. At least, that was what had happened in the ballroom with Han, so he was just guessing.

He looked at the cell phone she was holding, puzzled. "I thought Han smashed your cell phone," he said, sitting next to her on the rock.

"If he didn't break it I will!"Marine screeched.Her body started to strech out,and before you know it,she was a dragon."Cool.I finally learned how to do it."she swooped down and grabbed Lexies phone.CRACK!All that fell out of Marines talon was dust."What about the rumor YOU spread?What about that?Only two people know your secret and the whole school knows YOUR rumor.You said I shouldn't have spread it,and I didn't,speak for yourself.YOU caused a rumor.I only told the person that needed to know:Adelina.So you just did that out of hatred!YOU did that because you thought I did and I bet you knew that I didn't and you did it out of hate."Marine took a deep breath"You can't just go around spreading rumors like that."she was getting more frustrated every second."We used to be friends.And it was Streak who did that.Not me so why do you hate me?Is it because of my personality?Is it because of that you think I'm..."Marine let her sentence end there.She couldn't think of another reason for somone to hate her.
