Blonde hair flew in front of her as Pisces embraced the salty wind. She inhaled deeply, smiling at the simple happiness just being by water brought her. It was cold out, but she didn't mind. That was what autumn was all about. Winter would be upon them soon and it would be far too cold to be in the water. Even if she could survive beneath it, coming out of it was a different story. She wanted to enjoy it while she could.

Pisces removed her shoes and stepped near the water, shivering as the foam hit her toes. It was cold, but she would live and she would still go swimming. It was the only time she would have away from Shiloh and Vannie and their disapproving gazes.

The teenager wriggled her toes, watching as they became slightly scaly. The girl sat down and yawned, humming to herself. "Just a few more minutes..." she said to herself, referring to her feet.

The taste of salt danced on Crowley's lips, and she floated in the ocean. The water chilled her skin, but she didn't care. Her sweater and scarves, and cloth that covers her eyes were safely dry on shore, leaving her clad with only a small shirt, and a pair of breeches. Her scar was exposed, and her hair spread around her face as she floated on the water. Crowley's ears were starting to turn a little blue, but despite her skin's cold appearance, she was warm. She was a naturally warm person, and seldom became cold. It was a result to the demon blood in her, she figured.

Despite her eyes being open, she couldn't see a thing. They were clouded, distant, and seemed to look right through the sky, into worlds away.

The water washed over her stomach, and the sounds encircled her, bringing to her a unspoken peace with the world, that nothing else quite had. Everything that upset her, angered her, bothered her, or anything, washing away with each lap of the shore. The sound of gulls flying above her, and feeling the occasional fish tail on her back brought a small smile to her face. Perhaps this would become her favorite place on campus.
