Private Finished By The Power Of Hot Chocolate

Shul just nodded briskly when Sark agreed with him. It was good that they had that established right from the start of this relationship. Shul grinned.
"Then you won't complain every time I say something stupid."
Shul chuckled and it slowly turned into a small laugh. Shul just couldn't stop smiling. He didn't even feel the cold anymore, Shul just felt so warm from the inside out. There would probably be some bumps on the road, because it would be stupid to think there wouldn't be. But Shul thought it would be okay with Sark.

Shul knew Sark actually let him push him down but he didn't care. Shul kept hugging Sark for a few moments more, and then he pushed himself up, both of his arms on both sides of Sark's shoulders. He grinned down at Sark and shook his head, spilling some sand on him.
"I don't even care about your plan. Since you already caught me. And I'm going to be hugging you a lot, be prepared."
Shul chuckled and straightened, kneeling on the sand with Sark's legs between his. Sark could sit up if he wanted to. Shul dusted off the sand from his hands and smiled at Sark when he said Shul was the best teacher.
"Damn right I am! I'm a hero just for choosing to teach daycare."
Shul laughed and started to move off of Sark. It was a little embarrassing position to be in.

Sark ruffling Shul's hair was going to be addictive, and Shul knew it. It felt so nice, and Sark's hand was gentle. Shul pseudo pouted at Sark and then sighed in defeat, grinning afterwards.
"I guess that's fair, since you have to bear with me from now on indefinitely."
Shul smiled widely, the thought filled him with just incredible joy.

Shul wanted to hug Sark all over again and never stop when he admitted he had caught him. Shul grinned and squeezed Sark's hands that were holding his.
"And you don't have to worry about me escaping. Because I'm not going anywhere."
Shul patted Sark's head and stood up, smiling happily. He tugged Sark a bit to stand up too, since Shul probably didn't have the strength to pull him up.
"Besides, I caught you too, we caught each other. So you did fall right into my trap."
Shul snickered a bit, pseudo evilly. He said this jokingly but maybe there was a tiny bit of truth in it.
Shul shivered and couldn't stop his teeth from clattering this time. He rubbed his hands against each other and smiled at Sark.
"And maybe I'm really going to catch that cold as well. It's pretty chilly."

Shul pretended to consider the compromise Sark was offering. But his pretense didn't last for long as he broke into smile seconds later.
"I'll take it. You're lucky I like you so much."
Shul gently booped Sark's helmet where the nose usually was, grinning. He was giddy with happiness.

Shul pressed against Sark as he wrapped his arm round his shoulders, smiling contently. He didn't even care Sark wasn't able to offer him warmth, it was warm inside Shul's heart and mind. With that thought Shul turned to grin at Sark as they made their way out of the beach.
"With you I'd go anywhere."
