"You've probably heard it all huh? Hm..." he was looking thoughtful again. Titus genuinely felt for her situation, it was definitely less than optimal. "Well, I know you kids like to go off and set things on fire. How about this? I can give you a list of places outside of here where you can cut loose with your abilities too. And, I'll do everything I can to help you reign this in as best we can, yeah?"

Then a devilish grin crossed his face. "So, since we do still have time... Wanna break some stuff?"

Now this was an unexpected development. Adelaida had respect for the teachers being able to keep control in a place where everyone was beyond normal, but to see someone indulge... perhaps there was more to this lesson than she thought.

"Alright, Mr. Miyagi... I'm always up for fire."

Hopefully the teacher knew the reference, because otherwise, she was just being unnecessarily disrespectful. She readied up with a few stretches and spins of her arms, just to look like she was warming up.

"Hey now, we haven't even gotten to the part where I make you wash a car," Titus quipped back without missing a beat. He then went ahead to set up some targets to incinerate.

"Well think of this first bit as a warm up exercise. Sometimes I find it easier to just play around with what you have before you get into the meat of the lesson," he explained. Then he extended a hand near one of the targets, and unleashed a loud and powerful explosion. The target, or rather what was left of the target was now a smoldering heap.

"Don't worry too much about going too crazy. Stay within your limits, and I'm right here if you feel your grip slipping," and with that Titus stepped back to let Adelaida do her thing while he made some personal notes on her work. "Give em a good torching yeah?"

Adelaida grinned and stepped up to the imaginary plate. She had been hankering for a more aggressive release for a while, and just couldn't find a place safe enough to do so. Her last attempt at doing it at home left a few scorchmarks that needed wallpapering, and she vowed to never do it again.

She assumed a stance like a pitcher, and began tossing fireballs as precisely as she could. She gave them what weight was possible, and started setting targets on fire.

After the first few, she began to attempt more precise throws with spin and curve, bidding the flame curve and sway.

Titus couldn't help but grin a bit as he watched her pitch the fireballs at the targets. Seemed like she had a decent arm. Seemed like this was just the sort of outlet she needed at the moment too. It definitely reminded him of himself back when he was actually closer to Adalaida's age and didn't just look it.

"Sheesh, you should try out for softball with that arm," he commented after a bit. "How're you feeling? All good and stretched out I hope."

He was already setting up for the next exercise. A peculiar looking oven, and what appeared to be a container of cookie dough. "The next exercise is a bit different. It's all about maintaining control and precision. By baking cookies. I know how it sounds, but this exercise will also hopefully help to ease you into a mindset of your abilities not needing to be destructive all the time. The wider the lens you look at your abilities through, the easier it is to help keep yourself in check. Hopefully that makes some sense, yeah?"

Adelaida wasn't a stranger to cooking with her abilities, but the focus required for it was too taxing. The convenience of modern day life was alluring, and far outstripped any benefit of doing it with magic.

But she had never looked at cooking as a training exercise, or as meditation for focus.

She rolled up her sleeves and tried to channel the Living Flame as precisely as possible. While she was capable of extreme precision, she wasn't used to sustaining it for long.

"Alright, I'll see what I can do... but it's probably going to be charcoal, and I can't eat that. There's a reason I use the hob instead of the hands when I make my breakfast."
