Broken Beauty

Marine walked into the courtyard. She was somewhat out of breath, and couldn't find Leo. She leaned against a broken wall and looked at her sourrondings(<Sp?). Fountains lied keeled over as if in pain. Statues were broken to bits. "Truly a broken beauty." she mumbled. She changed as she had on the roof. All black, with only her eyes white and unblinking. She watched as the grass crippled as she approached a fountain. She flinched as an unseen spiderweb clung to her hand. She lokked at the fountain. This place was already consumed in death.

Marine looked around the statue, to see the girl she had toyed with on the roof. She smiled as she turned to see a blue finger, but instead she heard the words: "No . .How can this be?"

Marine heard a shriek from the other side of the graveyard of statues. She ran towards the sound and heard footsteps behind her. She found a body with fresh blood bye it, then she knelt bye it, looking at the footprints that were in-human.

Marine looked up and heard a voice echo around her. She rolled her eyes and stood up. Running in the direction from which she heard the voice, she soon came upon a very surprising scene.

Marine sighed. "No need to yell. I didn't do anything, probably those mindless murderers." she looked back at the body, "Or that some of the demons escaped and are on a killing spree." she mumbled just loud enough to hear.
