Godfrey Broen is getting his blood run through a sieve. Fun times.

Broen can touch another individual with inherent inhuman abilities and copy said abilities. This only works if the ability is magical or biological, not technological in nature or derived from objects. It takes a full thirty seconds of skin to skin contact for Broen to take an ability set. Once he has an ability set, he inherently knows how they work and the abilities become "his," changing points of reference to those that function for him.

Broen can copy up to two different individuals abilities at a time. If he copies only one person's abilities, he gets them at full strength but also gains the weaknesses associated with those abilities (such as a vampire's sunlight weakness). If he copies two people's abilities, he gets all of the Abilities and weaknesses of both individuals at half strength.

Broen does not get multiple instances of a similar power. In the case of two different people with super strength, he would get the higher amount of strength which would then be cut in half for him since he has two people's powers.

Broen can keep any given ability set for as long as he deems fit. However, if he wants to copy a new ability set he must first expunge one of his previously copied ability sets. This process takes a full minute and is quite painful. Doing it more than once in a short period of time is bound to temporarily cripple him.

Knowledge is not a power, unless it is some hyper intuition. So a wizard who studied could not have their knowledge of magic taken, but someone with supernsturas intuition of magic could. In these cases, Broen does not retain the knowledge when he releases the ability set that granted him the knowledge.
