Bouncing off the walls

He watched Akira's wings spread out, kind of impressed, and unconciously wondering if he could fly.

"Whatever it's suited best for, really," he replied, shrugging. He didn't care (oh, god, was he starting to sound like Akane) either way or another. He had only just dodged the question of his own powers, even though he sounded convincing.

But, he subconciously knew that the gleam in her eye did not hold for something pretty...

Loo blocked a grin from her face, keeping the small smile there. It was interesting, how much this kid's emotions shifted. Her eyes, however, twinkled with her sister's. She knew that Ace wasn't planning on showing one, but the one that they both had. She glanced at Akira as he stretched his wings, and raised a thin brow for a moment. "Feel free to fly about. I shan't be offended." she said to him, this time not going on the emotions that she had gotten from him, but rather on his body language. He said her thoughts were loud. Compromise... she chided herself, making sure her mind block hadn't slipped at all.

"Alright, demonstration it is then," she said cheerfully. Lifting one foot she removed her sneaker, then sock, placing the white cloth within the brown shoe, she then repeated the process with her other leg. Walking away, her bare feet making soft slaps against the mat, she placed her sock filled sneakers beside her hoodie. Retrieving the drumsticks from her buns, she placed them atop the sneakers then walked to the nearest wall. Rather quickly she began to climb, when she was near the top she jumped to one of the hanging ropes, though instead of remaining there, the momentum of her body continued the swing of the rope, and Ace jumped from the rope to the opposite wall. She then jumped from the wall to the ceiling, moving a few feet before she simply let got. Looking similar to a diver she perform a series of flips in twists, finally landing in a hand-stand, toes pointed to the ceiling. Slowly her legs spread apart until they were in a split and bending her body backward, one foot was placed on the ground, the other quickly following, as she stood upright. Raising her arms her pose was like that of a gymnast who'd just completed a routine, and she did it to three of the four walls.

"I can also do bone manipulation," she stated nonchalantly after walking back to the group, shaking out her wrists, repairing the damage that had been done. Ace's face was unemotional, like before, but there was a twinkling in her eyes that gave any observer the knowledge that she'd enjoyed what she just did.

He was awed; of course, Kiiroi being a young teen, he would've been awed at anything. A wallclimber, and a very efficient and balanced one, too. She was pretty good.

"That was really, really cool," he admited, slipping into his second personality unknowingly. "I mean, to go from that wall to that wall without falling, only using the ropes too, it would be almost impossible to almost anyone else." He ended his showcase of his lesser vocabulary with a small smile, though it was almost wiped when she added her second ability.

It was almost alike his own, but his was a degree wider. His face shifted into a sheepish grin after he asked, "Do you like it?"

Loo cleared her throat to keep from laughing out right. She wasn't being unkind, but she found the kid's awe amusing. There was no doubt what he was awed about. That was a good routine. It was a fun one to do as well, though Loo couldn't do it like her sister, since her bones did break like a mortal.

She didn't bother to say she had the same gift, since that would be stealing Ace's thunder, and she didn't want to do that.

"Wall crawling? Sure I do, it's quite the adrenaline rush. Loo can do it too as a matter of fact," she said with a grin, nudging her sister forward slightly. Sure Ace had liked showing off her abilities, but only because it caused her joy to actually use them, not because she wanted to be the center of attention, hence her topic shift to Luthien.

Akira nodded his head, impressed. It wasn't everyday that you saw something like that!
So, Ace, do you do gymnastics? I bet you'd be amazing. If we had a team, whoo, you could most definately dominate the competition.
he said with a chuckle.
He'd meant everything he'd said, although he doubted she was the kind of girl that enjoyed group sports.
He looked over at Kii and nearly snorted trying not to laugh at the poor kid. He was entralled!
Kira nudged him a little with his elbow
You might want to pick your jaw off the floor, Kii. You don't know what's down there.

"Eh, heh, right. I've been in Boringsville my entire life. No one, I mean, no one can be that good," he replied, still in a bit of awe, but he kinda closed his mouth.

So they both could do it: that's right, genetics, hereidity...or whatever it was, he just didn't feel like thinking right now. "I'm not into any sport, so everything seems very cool." He shuffled a bit and fixed his hat, tucking a long strand of hair behind his ear.

Loo cast a glance at her sister when she tried to direct the attention onto Loo, but glanced back at Akira when he talked. Ace was introverted, Loo was even worse. Well, not really. She just didn't like oodles of attention.

She had to cover a smile as she watched the banter shifting between everyone. She was fine with watching, but she cast a silent glance at Ace, slightly annoyed with the interuption of their training. She sighed quietly. Ah well C'est la vie. In the inability to stay still for long periods of time, she turned up onto her hands, watching the conversation upside down in a handstand.

Her legs were pointed up straight, and as she listened, she slowly lifted one hand, then replaced it, to do the other. She could sometimes be a little immature for an 18-year-old, and be too mature at others.

"Yes, I do," she responded to his question about whether or not she did gymnastics, her response to his next comment was a shrug. He'd been right of course, Ace wasn't exactly one for team sports, relying on other people. With Akira's comment about Kii, she drew her attention to the boy with a small smile. As he spoke she found her eyes drawn to a pair of identical eyes, caught the look, and for the second time responded with a shrug.

"Sports aren't hard, and neither is that, with a lot of practice," she motioned to what Loo was doing with a grin. It was all about balance, control, and discipline. Handstands were quite easy actually, and a one handed one was only a step above that, though it did require more arm strength.
