Adelina wandered back up to the roof, looking at the snow on it and the snow that was on the ground. She tucked a piece of her red hair behind her ear, her green eyes scanning the area for nothing in particular. She slowly made her way over to the edge of the roof, keeping enough distance so she wouldn't fall to her death, but staying close enough so that she could look over the edge. She shivered.

It's really cold out here... she thought, creating a small flame in her hand in the hopes to warm herself somewhat. She then leaned over and melted an area of snow, just out of boredum. She sighed, and took a small, crumbled piece of paper out of the pocket of her coat. The paper was blank, except for a few unreadable words. She gently tossed it into the air and sent a flame at it, watching as the paper became nothing but ashes.

She sighed once again, looking at the snow around her. Adelina smiled slightly, and began humming, thinking quietly to herself.

Adelina was startled by the sudden voice, and whirled around, almost loosing her footing. She took a few steps away from the edge, not wanting to risk falling off now.

"Um... hello... I'm Adelina... who are you?" she looked at the ground, pulling another piece of hair behind her ear. "What are you doing up here?"

Adelina looked up and smiled slightly. "Same here..." She then looked at the snow that was covering the ground below them. "Winter is beautiful, isn't it? It just seems so.... so..." she paused. "Nevermind, I can't think of the word."

"So... um.... anyway, Caitlin, what are your powers? Mine are fire, if you hadn't already seen the paper and flame thing..."
