Blood and Tears

He smiled and nodded, "we must go to the movies one day, it has been a long time sense I've just sat down and enjoyed a movie with someone." Despite only knowing her for only a short time he already wanted to spend more time with her.

"My library is open to you, any time you'd like a book just ask." He smiled and gestured to the closing portal, "I can litterally make a door anywhere."

A look of sadness crossed his face, "they didn't understand what a treasure you are dear." He placed his hand on hers, "as for food, I believe I'd like these dinners a recurring event."

Van shook his head, "eat my dear...keep your strength up." He took a bowl of blood infused sold and began to drink it from the bowl to show he didn't mind. "The food is good and the company is better, let's enjoy ourselves," he chuckled and smiled. "And yes, spending time with you would be truly amazing,"

He smiled and turned back to his food, enjoying the various blood infused dishes, "the cook is very good, I'm happy I found this place." He continued eating his charming smile never leaving his face.

He looked into her lovely eyes, "a friend once told me, all foods taste better when shared with someone." He smiled, "and I'm sharing this meal with you, so the food is extra delicious tonight."
