"Rhmm... most are usually left intimidated by her. But yes she has always been a strong but fair leader. While she may not technically rule per say, her authority is greatly respected and her judgement is often the final say in any dispute." explained Prahka as she continues to lead way.
She listens to him speak about introducing her mother to ice dragon which at first assumed was a member of royal family until he mentioned they were from his father's side. She hadn't even considered dragons from outside the royal line but she understood that there many strange folk also living within the city. Like... avian harpies or scaleless elves if what rumors she heard were true!
"It is sacred as it can be for us Skulltakers. The original was destroyed on Esteria but we tried to preserve what we could here on the tree. I suppose it something like... a cemetary or tomb. I do not know how outsiders have been allowed to step into our Skull Hollow, only that I know it is not many. We perform open Sky Burials where the deceased returns their flesh back to the earth. The skull we hold onto so that even in death the departed continues to be with us." after bit manuvering around the branches, Prahka takes Eein to the Skull Hollow numerious skulls of harpies hang from ropes tied to branches. It is eerily quite as the skulls is left bare sways with the gentle wind.
Aside from Eein and Prahka, there is only a single elderly harpy present here whom is so old they look almost like a mummy covered win whitish feathers. As Prahak steps to the relative center, she remains quite and chooses to sit down. While she sits, she tucks her arms in and lowers as show of respect to the silent skulls looking on with hollow eyes.
