"Rhmm... most are usually left intimidated by her. But yes she has always been a strong but fair leader. While she may not technically rule per say, her authority is greatly respected and her judgement is often the final say in any dispute." explained Prahka as she continues to lead way.

She listens to him speak about introducing her mother to ice dragon which at first assumed was a member of royal family until he mentioned they were from his father's side. She hadn't even considered dragons from outside the royal line but she understood that there many strange folk also living within the city. Like... avian harpies or scaleless elves if what rumors she heard were true!

"It is sacred as it can be for us Skulltakers. The original was destroyed on Esteria but we tried to preserve what we could here on the tree. I suppose it something like... a cemetary or tomb. I do not know how outsiders have been allowed to step into our Skull Hollow, only that I know it is not many. We perform open Sky Burials where the deceased returns their flesh back to the earth. The skull we hold onto so that even in death the departed continues to be with us." after bit manuvering around the branches, Prahka takes Eein to the Skull Hollow numerious skulls of harpies hang from ropes tied to branches. It is eerily quite as the skulls is left bare sways with the gentle wind.

Aside from Eein and Prahka, there is only a single elderly harpy present here whom is so old they look almost like a mummy covered win whitish feathers. As Prahak steps to the relative center, she remains quite and chooses to sit down. While she sits, she tucks her arms in and lowers as show of respect to the silent skulls looking on with hollow eyes.

"Whoa.....," he'd say as they entered the hallow, his eyes looking over the many skulls. He wondered how they viewed the soul, and if they shared the reincarnation beliefs of some of the other races. He'd follow Prahka deeper into the hallow, nodding to the elderly harpy who he assumed was caretaker of the hallow.

He'd sit with his guide, this place did feel different, there was something in the air, something powerful. So many skulls, so many harpies who'd come and gone over the years. Members of the great cycle that they'd spoken of.

Eein would bow his head in respect, it reminded him of the ancient frozen ancestors of the ice dragons. This place was strange, but he could see things that were familiar in ways. The dragon had never been one for prayer, but this place was spiritual in a way, and his mind focused on that.

Prahka remained in silence with their head bowed, for some time. When they felt enough time has passed they merely stand up and nudge Eein that they can now go. She gives but a single nod of acknowledgment to the old caretaker before they depart in silence with Eein.

Once the two leave the Skull Hollow, Prahka speaks up once more.

"I know they are not your people but how did it feel to be judge by the skulls of my clan?" inquired Prahka

He'd follow her out, humming in thought at the question. "In the homeland of the ice dragons...sadly gone now.....there were large ice statues that are dragons who have passed on," he'd look at her, "when the ice dragons die they freeze into the statues, and they remain for use to see."

"I remember seeing them, feeling their eyes, knowing that me...and the other continue on for them, that we in a way are their legacy," he'd say with a nod. "It was sorta like that, to remember them, to honor them."

Eein would bow to her. "Thank you for showing me your clan, for showing me the hallow," he'd smile, "I will repay the kindness when we go into the forest, and with me allowed to visit I hope to see you more."

Prahka listened to Eein as he spoke of a similar custom among his ice dragon kin. It was familiar enough that she understood the concept and could relate to the loss of his homeland.

"That is a peculiar way to honor your dead but I've been told that our ways are peculiar as well by outsiders." Prahka was confused as to why he felt the need to thank and reward her for doing her duty but she suppose there was no real harm in his words.

"You are... welcome. You may repay by keeping up with me while we survey the forest... maybe hunt together. For now I will help see you out."

With that said, Prahka helps guide Eein out from clan's territory. Though she may not appear so, she is finds herself taking an unexpected liking to him as he was not the pretentious, hapless male she initially thought him to be.
