It wouldn't take them particularly long to return from the park back to the manor. They passed several places that she would know very well, little botiques and restaurants. They'd been in there shopping for things or Cami, or just looking in general. There were spots where they'd gone on dates... this section of the city was full of fond memories.
Upon reaching the manor, Alex grinned at the sight before them. Cecete wouldn't have to worry about waking Cami from a nap at least. The little dragon was out with her sheep and their butler Marduk in the front yard. Alex opened the gate so that she could walk through first.
Cami stopped and looked to see just who was coming through the gate. Her father and someone else. A woman, that she didn't know, but seemed familiar. She tilted her head, cautiously approaching her. When she was at their feet she tilted her head, "Papa?"
There was a brief moment of sniffing at her mother before she made the connection,"Mama's home?"
