Listen, just consider: You have like 50 norse characters and I have a character who is literally the great grandson of Odin. Hell, the twins are even also from iceland. Valli'd definitely ask about their names if he ran into them for some reason.

I mean, well, you're not wrong. Although the only ones who know they have Nordic roots of such magnitude are Bjorn, and the twins. Smol bean Luke is woefully in the dark seeing as I really need to get that plot moving. Aside from that, all are fair game!!

That'd be a hard one as I've never really used either of em. Bjorn would be slightly closer to Valli's age so they might relate more. Whereas the twins would probably be...an interesting time.

Considering the age range, I don't think Valli'd particularly get along with Bjorn any more than he would the twins.

Valli is around the school a fair bit, and would definitely pick up a conversation if he heard their names. Maybe they're both in the cafeteria picking up food, and then one twin refers to the other twin by name?

I kinda wanna throw Alexandria or Rayne at Samuel. No clue for plots or whatever, just wanna throw one of them at him. Try and make friends at the least.

Feel free to throw all the characters! Lil' Sammy can usually be found hiding out in the forest vehemently avoiding everyone. So, he'll probably take some searching to find, I'm all for friend plots since the poor little guy dearly needs those.
