"N-no.. It's not that I don't WANT to discuss it.. I just..." as Sherry's hand pulled away Lexi went to grab it again. Wanting to hold her hand before Sherry pulled her hand away fully as she puled her hand back into her lap and looked away. "Just.. It's something I'd rather talk about in private... Somethings I want to share with you but...." She sighed as she heard the voice that rang in her ears.
She looked and was enticed by the sound. Drawn to it. She felt like; sherry's words were law almost. The sound of her voice were a spell that made Lexi listen and utterly compelled to do what Sherry wanted. "I am extremely happy!" Her tone almost like a cat; going from depressed to extremely happy as she shifted a bit so her tail could move freely was it moved from side to side. "Papa Octain has been a great dad to me! saved me and has been the greatest dad I've ever met... Even if he spends more time at work than with me; he did it all for me! he did everything he managed to get me here and created a new life for me!" She said with a bright smile.
"And... Through it all.. I got to meet you, my girlfriend!" She spoke happily. Almost expecting to be pet with a soft purr. If she was caught on it. She would deny it to the ends of the earth as the milkshake was put in front of her.
"GASP! MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILKSHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!" she exclaimed with an even brighter smile as it had two straws, one of Sherry and one for Lexi.
