The first guy I had in mind is Eleazar — if you're looking for someone who could actually end up adopting him. He's definitely far older than him, but apart from an probably want to help out Aeron, he'd probably feel kind of responsible for Aeron's welfare if he ever comes across him. He's a native of the island so I'd say he's also more than just familiar of the place. The downside is that he'd have an extra family member, that being Eleazar's sister, Marian, who's more likely to take advantage of poor Aeron's impressionability. But hey, two for the price of one!?

ALTERNATIVELY. I could toss in Octavius. New to the island, but they're just as mature enough to be guiding someone, and definitely a bit friendlier than Eleazar would be. And I guess more experienced considering their age 8") They're not gonna act any older than Eleazar though lmao. They'd likely adopt him too, given the proper circumstance. They'll be more of a friend than a strict parent figure, definitely, but they'll assert some authority from time to time!

If neither would interest you for what you've got in mind, I could probably just throw you my younger kids for some regular ol' plots? Lemme know what're your thoughts~
