Sushi was glad he'd gotten the chance to meet Neon and Symlink, and the mention of meeting up again made things even better. Were they friends now? This was what being friends was, right?

"Yes, I can go to the lake. Water is fun." Although, it was probably too cold for swimming in right about now. But that didn't matter, anywhere would be fun with friends. "We are friends, yes?"

And I really look forward to playing with you again!", Symlink said, "See you tomorrow at the school.", there was a soft rhythmic thumping of his tail against the car seat as he turned over to respond to his friend. Soon Neon pulled over at the school and announced "Well, here we are.", the door next to Sushi opening so he could leave.

“I am glad. I am looking forward to that too.” Sushi took a moment to unbuckle his seat belt, but after figuring it out, he began to slide himself off the seat and out the door.

“Thank you! Good bye!” He gave a wave and then hurried on his way to his room, rushing to get there before Callie.

"See you soon!", they responded in unison and watched Sushi go. "And now, we go home too, Symlink.", Neon addressed his son, who took off the seat belt and grasped the panel. "Ready when you are, dad!", Symlink waited and soon Neon changed forms in a cloud of white energy, revealing his fox self with Symlink to his neck, before darting off back home.
