Tyberius sat up straighter, excited that he managed to coerce his roommate into michief. "Yesss." He thought he knew a better way to go about this, though. If he turned into a bird and snatched away their toys, the parents couldn't get mad. You couldn't really get mad at a bird, could you? If they saw him deposit the bucket and spade on top of Levi though, they would probably come talk to him to get it back. They wouldn't buy the excuse that the bird chose him as the rightful owner of the bucket.

"Buying one takes so much work when theres a perfectly good set right there. I want that one, I don't want some storebought one." Artfully ignoring the last comment, Ty also ignored the fact that the children's bucket was also likely storebought. It didn't matter where it came from, all that mattered to him right now was that they had a thing he wanted, and it needed to be taken. "If I turn into a bird and either take it or distract the parents, that'll work better I think." No parent likes when their child is attacked by a bird, and surely no bucket would be worth rescuing when you're being fussed at by an angry raven.

<div align=center>That was a good idea. If Tyberius attacked the children then they'd have cause to flee, and the parents would likely make them leave or move them further up the beach. This could work. At least robbing a bucket from two defenseless elementary school kids would save him buying one, he didn't know the prices of these kind of things anyway, why waste money on something when the chance to rob it was literally straight in front of you? "Do it." Levi returned, "make sure you persist enough that the parents will want to leave. Steal some other things while you're at it to make it look less suspicious."

He hoped that the parents of the kids didn't have some kind of crazy powers that could set Ty on fire or something, at least there was enough water around to douse him with if that was the case. He'd never seen Tyberius turn into a raven besides, this was exciting. "Attack the parents first. Then go for the children." He felt like he was making some kind of complicated military plans, certainly not merely plotting to thief a bucket from two little kids. "Alright? Does that sound like a plan?" He asked, dark eyes darting to Ty, eyebrows raising.</div>

Ty nodded, leaning in as directions came to him. He would need to make sure that he stole other little things, too. Maybe he could fish around in their coolers for food. Or maybe they would end up feeding him. He liked that idea best, weasel some food out of them and steal their buckets. "Alright. Just make sure you're watching in case something goes wrong. I don't know what kinds of powers they have, but hopefully it's nothing serious. " Easing himself away from their little sandcastle, Ty watched the children interact with each other before returning to their castle. They looked distracted enough, and he quietly began the change from person to raven. Small bits of black feathers rolled out, his skin prickling as the jet black feathers spaced out across his shrinking body. In a few seconds, he was a large black bird, stark against the pale colours of the sand.

Making a soft croaking noise, Ty extended out his wings, flapping gently. Making the move over to the little family, Ty hopped and floated over to the parents, pausing every now and then to reexamine them. They noticed him quickly — he stood out unfairly against the usual seagulls and little beach runners. They were staring back at him, and he paused for a moment, his head turning every which way to make sure they wouldn't throw things at him to make him leave. Boldly hopping closer, Ty stretched out his wings again, making a demanding squack in their direction. They seemed to get the point, and began tossing little bits of bread in his direction. Offended by their meager offering, Ty made a louder noise this time, hopping closer as he went straight for the cooler. The parents seemed to be enjoying themselves, taking pictures as he fished around in their food box with a foot, changing feet everytime the other got too cold.

Finding nothing interesting, Ty sat staring accusingly at them, finally flying at their faces. He wanted food. As he flapped and screeched at the couple, he was satisfied to hear their dismayed cries. His claws latched onto the female's hat, and he flew a little higher, out and away from their towels. Wheeling up over them, he dropped it somewhere on the sand before diving back at them, biting and grabbing at their hair and skin with his claws. The parents were quick to pack up their things, hurridly calling to their children. Ty saw that the children were trying to take the buckets, and he screeched at them, diving at them as well now. The children were faster on the uptake than their parents, dropping the buckets to take off after their parents. Settling himself down on his new prize. Ty stared at them as they hurried off down the beach, extending out his wings with a final threatening uhhk as they turned back to look if he was following.

<div align=center>The scene that unfolded before Levi's eyes was an interesting one to say the least. Watching Tyberius transform into a raven, Levi briefly wondered if when he changed back again he'd be naked, if so, how did he plan to get around that? He supposed he'd just have to wait and find out. The bird that he'd changed to, however, was nothing short of beautiful. The sleek, dark feathers and his little beady eye that glinted like obsidian in the bright sunlight. Levi couldn't help but admire him, the feathers looked soft to touch, and he like that thought very much.

The attack that Tyberius carried out on the family was quite frankly - savage. Levi had to do absolutely everything within him to try and keep himself from laughing. It was better to pretend that he hadn't noticed the two children being viciously attacked by a huge, black bird. He really was big, as well. He knew that ravens were big birds, but of course he'd never really seen one up close. The family were speeding away up the beach, shooting nervous glances backwards at Ty as they did so. It was now that the little demon burst into a high pitched, amused trail of laughter at the scene, clinging to himself and rocking backwards a short way on his heels. "Holy shit that was the best thing I've ever seen."</div>

Hopping off of his temporary perch, Ty fluffed out his feathers as he tried to cool himself down after his attack. It had taken a lot of energy to lift such a heavy body, and the black feathers did not help with overheating. The bucket and spade had been secured, and he picked up the plastic little spade to set it in the bucket for easier transport. Hopping all around the overturned bucket, Tyberius struggled for a moment to overturn it, wishing that birds had thumbs or some other type of limb to aid in flipping buckets. Managing to knock it over with a foot, he gently placed his prize inside the bucket, lifting himself up to hover above the bucket, snatching it off the sand with his claws.

He was smug now, hearing Levi's laughter. It was a good successful attack, and he was proud of himself for achieving his goal. Coasting the short distance back to Levi, Ty dropped the bucket, landing heavily a little ways away from the other boy. Opening his beak, Ty ruffled out his feathers again. He had forgotten the clothes issue when he changed, and that was now very heavily on his mind. He didn't want to change in front of Levi, nor did he want to change in such a public place. Stuck, he could only make a demanding sort of caw, turning his head to one side and the other.

<div align=center>Lifting an eyebrow as Tyberius returned, having claimed the bucket and spade he'd so ruthlessly robbed from the children, Levi realized something was wrong. "What is it?" He asked, confused. Was he right about Tyberius not being able to change back? The raven seemed to be have his feathers ruffled about something on the other, and that was the first thing that the demon could think of. Well what am I supposed to do? Brow furrowing, Levi looked around for somewhere that wasn't as in the open as the spot they were sitting in now. But the beach was long, and wide, and full of people today. It didn't look like very much of it was private.

"What do you want me to do?" He asked, he could quite easily shut his eyes if the other man - or rather bird, right now - wanted him to, but he couldn't exactly get the whole beach to turn their heads away. Maybe they should go home at this point and come back and build sandcastles another day, "will you be naked if you turn back?" The boy asked, biting back a trail of laughter and tilting his head at the bird.</div>

Ty followed the boy's gaze, and was dismayed to see more people than he had anticipated. When you're human, you don't think about crowds as often. He didn't know what he wanted the other boy to do, but he just wanted him to do something about this situation. Ty let out an irritated noise in response to the question. Of course he would be naked, it wasn't like he could take clothes with him when he changed. He would look stupid as a bird if his clothes shrunk and changed with him. In fact, he wasn't exactly sure where his clothes went off to. It was like they were attached to his body one moment, and gone the next.

Fluffing out his wings, Tyberius hopped up, his wings giving him enough reistance to gently float back to the sand. Bunching himself up, he hopped once more, his wings working to lift him up. Flapping and flailing a bit, Ty landed awkwardly on top of Levi, his wings flicking as he shifted to adjust his weight more comfortably on his chosen shoulder. Running his beak through Levi's hair, he tugged gently but insistently on a lock of the dark fibres, staring down intently at the bucket and looking back up at Levi to make sure it wasn't left behind. He didn't go through all this work to just leave it.

<div align=center>The only option Levi could see was to go home, they could come back whenever to make a better sandcastle, the bucket and spade they had robbed was a trophy of the day's events, and Levi picked it up when he felt the bird tugging on a lock of his hair. He frowned, "stop it that hurts." He mumbled, "if you're gonna be a bird until we get home you could at least be cute." He reached a hand back to gently pet the bird's chest, enjoying the softness of the feathers underneath his hand. It must have looked strange to the people around him, an odd winged boy with a large bird perched on his shoulder.

"C'mon, let's go home. My skin's starting to feel funny, anyway." His prolonged time in the sun had scorched the top of Levi's shoulders a soft pink colour, though his wings covered a large portion of his back and kept the sun away from them, Tyberius would likely have a much worse time with sunburn when he transformed back into a human again. Gathering their things they had brought with them to the beach up, Levi made his way back up the beach, Ty still perched on his shoulder.</div>
