Apologies for Disappearance

Don't know who will remember me if anyone, I'm nobody special and wasn't here for a huge span of time, but if anyone does, I wanted to apologize for just vanishing without a word. That must have been really annoying for anyone else in the ongoing threads I was in at the time, and I'm sorry for that.

I'm not necessarily coming back, but recent ongoing social isolation (I'm sure literally everyone can relate after the year we've had) and a random strike of targeted nostalgia moved me to at least let folks know I'm alive and to apologize for any inconvenience I caused two (-ish?) years ago.

I was thinking the other day that I miss forum rp (been role-playing in video game servers like Neverwinter Nights for a bit), thus the targeted nostalgia. Currently undecided if this is a place I'd like to try doing that on again, or even if I actually want to try at all, but it's something I'm thinking about.

Anyway, thanks everyone who tolerated me a couple years ago and sorry again for vanishing. Hope everyone is hanging in there after the Year of Hell.

We sure did! If I recall correctly, that was the first in-character thread I posted in on this site.

You're welcome to try to convince me to try rp here again, it might just work. XD
I guess I've been feeling isolated and thus spurred to revisit virtual communities I'd engaged with in the recent-ish past. And I did feel terrible about disappearing and leaving anyone I had a thread with hanging.

Yeah, it's one of those things where I know nobody probably cares still, but I never stopped feeling bad and had to say something if/when I next dared to show my face here. :P

That's all good to know! I do like divine magic, among other things. I might lurk for awhile and think about it, depends on a number of factors but I'm certainly not ruling it out at this point. Thanks for the update. :)

I likely will in the near future if I retain interest (I really have to specify that because I never know how long my ADD brain will hang on to a line of thought). I'm just an anxious person and a forum post is a "safer" feeling first step.
