Though I thought that you have already guessed that the kid is crazy. he said, looking at the man. Since you don't seem all that different from him yourself. Make sure you sit somewhere in the shade and away from the wind. the wolf's tail flickered, and Warrior laughed, thinking that the wolf was acting like a mother hen.

Spirit looked at the man carefully, wondering what would do him better, staying serious and responding to his words in the voice of a creature of magic, or turning it into a kind joke, something to lighten up his current mood. As the man struggled with his words, he decided to do a bit of both.

His eyes were huge, and dark, and deep, but instead of glaring daggers at him, they looked at him kindly, at least for a moment. It kinda just makes you glad to be alive. And it only gets better the more you do it. he said, hoping that the easy, carefree words would lighten Azrael's mood. And trust me, becoming a demon is far less complicated than gaining animalistic features. Unfortunately. he sighed, scratching his back with his leg as the sand got to some unfortunate places even on him. You shouldn't be thinking about it so much. For some reason, talking to Azrael felt like talking with William once upon a time, even though the man must've been double William's age.

Spirit first scoffed, then laughed a bit, even though Azrael's jokes wasn't funny at all, because most of the jokes teenagers made weren't funny at all, and the man seemed to be re-living those years, so at least he was doing it right.

Well, it would certainly be the fastest way to scare the people off. he said, lowering his head to it was beside William's. i'm going to sleep for a bit more as well. The boy will wake us up when he is ready to go.

A few hours latter, William finally woke up, feeling warm and fuzzy, and wondering why. He turned around, looking for the shirt he took off when he went swimming, as well as where the hell Azrael could be. He found them both some feet away, the man breathing heavily, as he was still sound asleep. He laughed, jumping on his feet and putting the shirt over his head.

Teach. he called, shaking Azrael's shoulder. Come on, teach, it's time to wake up. There will be ice cream. Come on. Az, wake up already!
