Murphy managed to persuade the medics to take him along, claiming to be her older sibling to speed up the process. He doubted that they believed him, if only because of his outfit, but they seemed to go along with it anyways. As they lifted her onto the stretcher and through the vortex he shook his head. Maybe his luck hadn't changed after all.
