Finally, the class was over. It's not as if Ulla hated it, she actually loved listening to history, but that was a long hour just now, and half of her attention had been on one of her classmates, and it was just so difficult to stay focused that way.

She was sitting a few spaces behind him, so she could only see his long silky hair, and make out just a bit of his face from the side. She couldn't say for sure what it was about him that seemed interesting, but she knew why and how he caught her attention. He smelled nice.

So, since she can finally leave her seat, the vampire lady immediately ran off to the hallways to follow this classmate of hers. Without second thoughts, she quickly dashed to his front, blocking his way. And then she began to walk backwards while still facing him.

"Hi!" she greeted with a grin. "Do you mind if I walk with you for a moment?"

Uanat quite liked this class. After all, it covered things about magic that went well with his major studying magical artifacts. As a result, the class didn't really feel dragged out like some other hour long classes would.

Pretty soon, the class had ended. So he packed up his things and started towards the hallway. Not that he got very far before someone appeared right in front of him, so abruptly that he almost crashed into her.

"Uh, okay." He'd considered outright rejecting her, but he'd had far worse first impressions of people. He just hoped she wouldn't suddenly block his way again. That would get old fast.

The girl's grin instantly faded, transforming into a calm smile. She didn't expect that he'd answer that way, but she was glad he wasn't angry at her instead for blocking his way like that.

She went to his side immediately though, keeping a bit of distance. Her movements made her look like she was floating in the air, and when she hopped, it was as if her body was in slow motion just before her feet touched the polished floor. Her ruby orbs were stuck on his face for a moment, but she decided to stop that as they began to walk again.

"I'm not sure if you noticed, but we're in the same class just now. You were very focused with the discussion," Ulla said, putting her hand near her lips as she giggled. Her voice wasn't as high-pitched as one might expect, and her words were hard with her German accent. She brought her hand down when she looked at him again. "I don't really know anyone here yet, I'm new. Name's Ulla," she chuckled very gently, "And you're a very interesting person. Do you mind telling me your name?"

Uanat remained silent as they walked, looking straight ahead instead of engaging with the girl. He'd agreed to let her walk with him, but that didn't mean he was interested in small talk. He took a glance at her, only to catch her looking back. He rolled his golden eyes and looked back ahead.

Of course, it wasn't long before the girl broke the silence.
"Nope, didn't notice." His response was short and to the point. As already mentioned, he wasn't one for small talk. And of course he was focused. He liked the class, after all.

Interesting, was he? That was new. Must've been the golden horn on his chin or something.

"I am Uanat."

"Uanat, huh? What a nice name. It sounds so... different." Ulla's eyes narrowed slightly. She looked amused or... curious, when she glanced at him again, but that didn't take long before she had to focus on the hallway because people were starting to crowd up. Most people would be changing classes at the moment, after all.

She hopped a little every now and then, but she still looked like she was floating every time, and her landing was soft and quiet as ever. Her red hair swayed behind her, following her movements before touching her hips.

Uanat wasn't the most welcoming person around though, and Ulla actually had to think twice about bothering him-- well, bothering him further. Then again, poking around was somehow fun, right?

"What's your next class? What if we're actually classmates again?"

Uanat took notice of the crowd that was beginning to form as he continued down the hallway. Maybe they would get loud enough that they wouldn't hear be able to hear each other soon, so he could go to his next class in peace.

But it wasn't loud enough yet, and it seemed that he would have to endure more conversation with another person for a bit longer.

"My major. Study of magical artifacts." At least he liked the class he was on his way to, even more than the previous one. The sort of things he studied in this class fascinated him a lot, after all.
